When Rael arrived on the other side, he was kind of expecting to see a planet, star, or honestly anything.
Instead, there was a pitch-black nothingness, and for a moment, Rael sort of thought Vatyra had just brought him here to mess with him.
But seeing how she was also here alongside Uriel, Rael wasn't sure what to think.
"Doesn't a galaxy have to be filled with stuff to be called a galaxy?"
"Initially, yes," Vatyra replied. "The universe gives the galaxy a title, and it remains up until the galaxy's very last breath. In this case, the only thing keeping this galaxy together is the space debris. It'll take around ten more years for the last debris to leave this galaxy, and once that happens, it won't be a galaxy anymore."
Hearing that, Rael was left a little bit amused by how things actually worked.
"So does that mean there are thousands of galaxies like this one? Empty galaxies, I mean."
Vatyra nodded.
