"You know, it's the first time you've opened up to me," Rael said with a chuckle.
"I'm not a flower that opens up. So shut up and don't make it weird," Vatyra replied with a scowl.
Rael just smiled and didn't say anything else. It was enough to know that she was willing to share about her past, and as expected, it was tragic.
Obviously, she didn't tell him everything either.
Letting out a sigh, Rael decided to pry a little further.
"So you can technically rebirth, then?"
Vatyra sighed.
"I told you to drop it."
"Come on, you just revealed your secret to me. Plus, it's not like I'm going to go share this with anyone else. Consider it family bonding time between Uriel's mother and father."
It seemed like she wanted to hit Rael again.
