Stepping into the Cathedral Brandon let out a soft sigh and glanced back at Eleonore, Valiene and the others who were walking behind him.
"I think that went well except for the last part..."
Eleonore gave a soft nod "Hmm... didn't expect that."
Valiene, walking slightly behind Eleonore, dipped her head slightly "The attempt itself was crude. Poorly planned."
"A lone agent attacking directly during a public ceremony without proper support suggests either desperation… or an external actor trying to send a message."
Hearing this, Brandon nodded his head "Yeah, I wonder who that is... who wants to give me a warning?"
At this everyone stayed silent and Brandon just sighed under his breath "Well, you can all leave now... we can talk about this later. I need a moment to rest."
Eleonore, Valiene, and the Triarchs bowed their heads and stepped from there.
One by one, the others bowed as they turned and departed in silence, their footsteps slowly fading down the Cathedral's long hall.
