Beside him, Yverine sat with one leg crossed over the other as she took another sip of the coffee in her hand.
Naevora was leaning casually against the balcony railing and the wind teased her long hair "That guy was the son of one of the richest people in France. That's why he thought he could do whatever he wanted."
She shifted her weight slightly as she looked down at the streets "But I've already sent out a warning to their family. They won't be stupid enough to retaliate. You don't need to worry about them anymore."
Brandon glanced at her and asked "You're sure about that?"
