Sasuke was in trouble—big trouble.
Naruto looked at him seriously. "What's wrong? Tell me!"
Sasuke let out a deep sigh, his expression troubled. "My parents… they really want grandchildren. You understand what that means, don't you?"
Naruto's eyes widened slightly. He hadn't anticipated that Sasuke would face such a situation.
Sakura and Karin both loved Sasuke deeply. Agreeing to marry him together was already an enormous compromise on their part, but they were women after all—jealousy was inevitable when it came to the one they loved.
Moreover, knowing that Sasuke's parents wanted a grandson first naturally intensified the pressure. Both Sakura and Karin wanted to be first, making Sasuke's predicament even more complicated.
Sasuke looked at Naruto, his gaze seeking guidance. "Naruto… can you give me some advice?"
Naruto scratched his head, feeling stumped.
After a moment of thought, he said, "Sasuke… maybe you can go back and try to reason with Sakura and Karin. But… I guess that's impossible, right? The key is finding a way to manage the situation yourself. You still need to remain strong and resilient—like a blacksmith, tempered under pressure."
Sasuke glared, frustration in his eyes. "Do you think I haven't tried? I've done my best!"
Naruto nodded thoughtfully. "I see. Then keep handling them—they can't truly refuse you anyway."
Sasuke rolled his eyes, muttering, "I suppose what you say makes sense. I can't argue with that."
"But… it can't stay like this forever, right? I can't bear it either!" Sasuke's cheeks flushed, his embarrassment evident.
Naruto patted him on the shoulder. "I've thought about it. My Nine-Tails Chakra can restore your strength quickly. Next time, if you feel exhausted after the battle, just find a private place… focus on me in your mind, and I'll come to you. I'll use Nine-Tails Chakra to heal you immediately."
Sasuke's eyes lit up at this.
Yes, this was perfect. Naruto's Nine-Tails Chakra could help him recover swiftly. And because of the residual Yang and Yin powers left by Hagoromo, Sasuke and Naruto could always sense each other and respond instantly.
"Okay… okay! Naruto, I trust you," Sasuke said, gratitude shining in his rare expression.
Naruto chuckled at Sasuke's rare display of emotion. "You know, people change. You're the clearest example. Look at you now—where is the cold, distant demeanor from before?"
Sasuke snorted coldly. "It's not just because of you… I've really been… affected by everything that's happened."
Naruto grinned, stepping closer and placing a hand on Sasuke's shoulder. "I know the truth. Deep down, you're happy about all this, admit it!"
Sasuke quickly removed Naruto's hand, rolling his eyes, and turned away. Then, without another word, he left.
Naruto watched him go, shaking his head. "He's still got that stubborn streak. Just got his help, and he left embarrassed!"
Returning home, Naruto felt a sense of warmth. He opened the Gate of Opening, and the lights in his house shone brightly—a scene now utterly familiar and yet so precious.
"Kazekage, you're back! Have you eaten yet?" Kushina greeted him immediately, taking his hand.
Naruto smiled. "I already ate with friends outside. But… what are all these things here?" He gestured toward the items neatly laid out on the floor.
Kurama, floating beside him, explained. "These are for your wedding. Your parents went to the market today to buy everything while visiting the Hyuga house."
Naruto groaned, squatting to examine the items.
Minato, seated on the sofa, put down his newspaper and approached him. "Naruto, don't worry about any of this. Your mother and I will handle it all."
Kushina added, smiling warmly, "Also, Naruto… if you want to shower, now is the time. I'll wash yesterday's clothes for you."
Naruto nodded, smiling. "Alright, thanks!" He headed to his room, changed into fresh clothes, and went to the bathroom.
Inside, he hummed a tune, washing and scrubbing carefully. Happiness filled him—this feeling was reminiscent of the illusion Obito had created once, when his name was Menma, his parents alive, and Minato was not the Hokage.
Back then, he had celebrated his birthday for the first time and smiled genuinely.
Now, with his parents actually resurrected, Naruto felt an even deeper joy. They waited for him at home, cared for him, asked if he had eaten, and reminded him to shower. Such simple acts of love were now his reality. Naruto couldn't help but grin.
After finishing, he lay down in bed.
"Oh… these quilts smell so good. Having a mother is truly a treasure," he murmured, tucking the covers around himself before drifting into a deep, content sleep.
Meanwhile, Sasuke had returned to the Uchiha clan. Upon arriving at the village gate, two figures approached him.
"Who's there?" Sasuke called, surprised.
Sakura and Karin stepped into the light, smiling slightly. "Sasuke," they said in unison, walking toward him.
Sasuke's eyes widened. "Sakura! Karin! Why are you here?"
Before he could react, both women grabbed him—one on each side—and began walking, guiding him away from the clan grounds.
"What are you doing?! Let me go! I didn't resist because I don't want to hit a woman, but I see clearly!" Sasuke shouted.
Both Sakura and Karin replied simultaneously, "Quiet!"
Sasuke groaned, helpless.
Meanwhile, back at Naruto's house, he slept soundly. Suddenly, he woke, frowning.
"What… what now?" he muttered, rubbing his eyes. He sensed Sasuke's urgent chakra signal.
"Sasuke… why so late? You must be crazy looking for me now!" Naruto grumbled, climbing out of bed, quickly dressing, and leaping toward Sasuke.
In moments, he appeared beside him under a streetlight.
"Sasuke… you shouldn't be out here so late. Are you sick?" Naruto stepped forward, placing a hand on Sasuke's shoulder.
Sasuke's lips were a deep purple. "Stop talking nonsense. Give me Nine-Tails Chakra—now!"
Understanding immediately, Naruto smiled and enveloped Sasuke in the restorative chakra. Slowly, color returned to Sasuke's lips, his strength restored, and the exhaustion melted away.
"Naruto… now I understand why you withstand everything. Nine-Tails Chakra is amazing," Sasuke said, flexing and feeling his strength return.
Naruto patted him on the shoulder. "Hold on, Sasuke. You're safe now."
Sasuke smiled faintly, punching Naruto lightly before heading upstairs.
Naruto sighed, watching him go, then turned and leaped away into the night, the comforting glow of the village surrounding him.
