The Tournament Begins
The Null Realm was buzzing with tension as the Tournament of Power was moments away from starting.
Warriors from eight universes stood upon the colossal battle stage, all poised for battle.
The air was thick with anticipation, but no one was more excited than a certain small feline-like girl.
Blair, perched on Beerus' shoulders, was practically vibrating with energy, her fluffy tail flicking wildly. Her golden eyes sparkled as she took in the sight of the countless fighters.
"Daddy! Look at all of them!" she squealed, gripping Beerus' ears for balance as she leaned forward. "So many strong people! This is gonna be so cool!"
Beerus chuckled, smirking at her enthusiasm. "Just don't get too excited and jump in. This is their fight."
Whis, standing beside them, chuckled lightly. "That does sound like something Lady Blair would do."
Blair puffed out her cheeks, crossing her arms in a dramatic pout. "I wouldn't! ...Well, maybe."
Beerus sighed but smirked, placing a hand on her back to keep her steady. "Just watch."
As the Grand Priest officially started the match, Blair's excitement erupted. She practically bounced in Beerus' arms, pointing at each battle that caught her attention.
Early Battles & Blair's Commentary
The arena exploded into chaos as warriors clashed from all sides. Krillin and 18 fought side by side, showcasing their seamless teamwork.
Piccolo and Gohan strategized their way through enemies, while Android 17 surprised everyone with his barrier abilities.
Blair gasped. "Whoa! That's so cool! Can I do that?!"
Beerus chuckled. "You have Destruction energy, you don't need barriers."
She grinned. "But it looks so fun!"
Her enthusiasm only grew when Frieza fought Dyspo. The way Frieza toyed with his opponent made Blair tilt her head.
"Daddy, why is the gold guy so mean?"
Beerus groaned. "He's not gold, that's just his stupid form!"
Blair blinked. "But it's shiny!"
Beerus sighed heavily. "It's still annoying."
She giggled, nuzzling into his cheek. "You're just mad 'cause you don't like him."
Beerus clicked his tongue but didn't argue.
Blair squealed when Goku first activated Ultra Instinct, his silver aura flaring brilliantly.
"He's glowing! Daddy, can I glow like that?!" she gasped, tugging on Beerus' wrist.
Beerus, stunned by Goku's transformation, muttered under his breath, "Tch… He's getting ahead of himself."
As Jiren and Goku's battle raged, Blair was completely captivated, her small hands clenched into fists.
She watched every attack, every movement, even trying to mimic some of the footwork while still in Beerus' arms.
Goku vs. Caulifla – A Battle of Saiyan Pride
Blair's eyes sparkled as she saw Caulifla step up to fight Goku.
"Ooooh! It's her!!" she gasped excitedly, her fluffy tail waving wildly.
Beerus raised a brow. "You really like that brat, huh?"
"She's so cool!" Blair declared.
On the battlefield, Caulifla grinned confidently at Goku, cracking her knuckles.
"I wanna get stronger, so you're gonna fight me, old man!" she declared.
Blair giggled at Goku's bewildered expression. "She called him old!!"
Goku laughed. "Alright, Caulifla! Let's see what you got!"
The battle began, and Caulifla rushed in with wild yet powerful attacks. Goku blocked and countered effortlessly, but he grinned at her sheer enthusiasm.
Blair bounced in Beerus' arms, cheering. "Go Caulifla! Get stronger!"
Beerus groaned. "You're supposed to cheer for our universe."
Blair pouted. "But she's awesome!"
Caulifla powered up to Super Saiyan 2, and Goku responded by doing the same. The entire arena shook from their clash, sending shockwaves across the battlefield.
Blair's jaw dropped. "It's so flashy!"
The fight continued, with Goku pushing Caulifla to improve mid-battle, and Blair was completely enthralled. When Kale joined in, Blair gasped.
"Two-on-one? That's not fair, right Daddy?"
Beerus smirked. "Hmph, maybe not… but Goku likes it this way."
The battle only ended when Goku tapped into Ultra Instinct for a brief moment, stunning everyone.
Blair practically vibrated in excitement. "He's shining again!"
Beerus sighed. "You and your obsession with glowing things…"
Blair grinned, ears twitching happily.
The Ultimate Battle – Goku vs. Jiren
Blair was already bouncing in Beerus' arms, but when Jiren finally stepped forward, her excitement reached new heights.
"Daddy! Daddy! It's him!" she squealed, gripping Beerus' arm. "The really strong guy!"
Beerus watched intently, his own interest piqued. "Yes… That's Jiren."
The moment Goku and Jiren clashed, Blair's whole world stopped.
The sheer force of their punches sent shockwaves through the battlefield, causing the very air to tremble. Blair gasped loudly, clutching onto Beerus' arm.
"They're so fast!" she exclaimed, eyes wide.
Goku powered up through his forms, but Jiren barely moved, countering with brutal efficiency.
Blair's tail flicked rapidly, and she nearly jumped out of Beerus' arms. "Come on, Goku!!"
Beerus tightened his grip on her, keeping her from launching herself into the ring. "Settle down, you little troublemaker."
Blair ignored him, too enthralled by the fight.
Then, it happened.
A pillar of silver light erupted, sending debris flying. Goku floated within the radiant glow, his hair shimmering silver, his movements flawless.
Blair let out the loudest gasp yet.
"HE'S GLOWING AGAIN!!" she shrieked.
Beerus' eyes widened, and for the first time, he looked genuinely impressed. "He… He's done it."
Blair clutched onto Beerus' arm, completely absorbed in the fight. She barely even blinked as Goku dodged Jiren's attacks effortlessly, moving like a true god.
The battle raged on, and Blair absorbed every second, committing every moment to memory.
"This is the best fight ever!" she declared.
Even Beerus couldn't argue with that.
Climax of the Tournament
And when Android 17 won the tournament for Universe 7, Blair cheered so loud that Beerus had to cover her mouth.
"Alright, alright! Enough screaming, I can still hear, you know!"
Blair giggled and snuggled into Beerus' arms, exhausted but thrilled.
After the Tournament: A Visit to Universe 6
Back on Beerus' world, Blair was still hyped, bouncing around as she re-lived the tournament in her head.
"That was soooo amazing!!" she shouted, flopping onto a cushion next to Beerus.
She suddenly looked up at him with big, determined eyes. "Daddy, can we go to Universe 6? I wanna meet Caulifla!"
Beerus raised a brow. "Why her?"
"She's so cool! She's strong and confident and I wanna be like her when I grow up!" Blair exclaimed.
Champa, overhearing this, grinned smugly. "Well, well! Looks like someone has good taste!"
Beerus rolled his eyes but sighed, seeing Blair's hopeful expression. "Fine… But don't cause trouble."
Blair cheered, tackling Beerus into a hug.
And so, with Whis, Vados, and Champa, they all traveled to Planet Sadala.
Meeting the Saiyans of Universe 6
Upon arriving, Blair's ears twitched excitedly as she spotted Caulifla, Kale, and Cabba waiting for them.
Caulifla, arms crossed, scoffed. "So, this is the kid who wanted to meet me?"
Blair nodded eagerly, tail swaying. "You're so cool! I wanna be strong and awesome like you one day!"
Caulifla smirked, ruffling Blair's fluffy hair. "Tch, you're a cute kid, but you gotta prove yourself first."
Blair took this as a challenge and immediately mimicked Caulifla's stance, puffing out her chest. "I can be just as tough!"
Kale giggled at Blair's antics, already adoring her. "She's so cute…"
Cabba, smiling kindly, added, "She's got a strong spirit."
A Day of Fun
For the rest of the day, Blair spent time exploring Sadala with Caulifla, Kale, and Vados.
They visited markets, where Vados spoiled Blair with all kinds of delicious snacks.
Kale and Blair played a game of tag, with Blair giggling wildly as Kale chased her. Caulifla watched, arms crossed, before finally joining in, laughing as she ran after them.
As they ate Saiyan-style meals, Vados smiled softly, wiping Blair's face with a napkin when she got messy.
Blair pouted playfully, but let Vados clean her up, her tail flicking happily.
Later, Blair tried to copy Caulifla's battle stance again, earning an amused chuckle from the Saiyan girl.
"You got spunk, kid. I like you," Caulifla admitted, patting Blair's head.
Blair beamed.
Farewell & A New Bond
As their visit came to an end, Blair's ears drooped slightly, realizing she had to leave.
Kale hugged Blair first. "Come back soon, okay?"
Blair nodded. "I will! I had so much fun!"
Then, to everyone's surprise, Caulifla hugged Blair tightly, her voice slightly gruff. "Tch… You better visit again, squirt."
Blair's tail wrapped around Caulifla's arm, holding on for a moment. "I promise!"
As Caulifla let go, her eyes shimmered, but she quickly wiped at them. "Tch… Just go before I change my mind and keep you here."
Blair grinned, waving goodbye as she ran toward Beerus.
Heading Home: A Sleepy Kitten
Beerus picked Blair up effortlessly, holding her against his chest as Whis prepared to leave.
As they ascended, Blair snuggled into Beerus' arms, yawning softly.
"Sleepy already?" Beerus teased, smirking.
Blair mumbled, eyes fluttering shut. "Mhm… Today was the best…"
Her small arms wrapped around Beerus, tail curling around his wrist as she drifted off.
Beerus sighed, a rare soft smile on his face. "Yeah… It was."
As they arrived home, Beerus carried Blair to her bed, tucking her in carefully.
Before leaving, he pressed a kiss to her forehead, murmuring, "Sleep well, my little troublemaker."
Blair, still half-asleep, smiled.
(A/N)[I kind of rushed this chapter because I was feeling a little sick today, and I don't remember much of the Tournament of Power arc since it's been a while since I watched it. I didn't want to re-watch it to write the chapter. I'm also considering creating two versions of the fanfic in the future: one with Super Dragon Ball Heroes story line and one with the normal canon story with the first of them focusing on combat and normal canon updating along with the new chapters and focusing on slice of life but still with some fighting like I'm doing now so tell me if you would like that by typing 1 for both or 2 for normal canon but to inform you I will probably only make about 40-60 total chapter of this fanfic, Since I rushed this chapter, I probably made many mistakes, so if you find any errors, please feel free to let me know.
