Chapter 376 - Blood on the Palace Walls (I)

"It's not like I can suddenly stop my stress," murmured Primrose.

Dr. Celdric guided her to sit on one of the beds, placing a pillow behind her back so she could lean comfortably. "Of course, Your Majesty. It's only natural to feel this way. Others feel it too."

But in truth, the only ones who actually seemed stressed were the human doctors, Callen, and herself. Everyone else looked calm. Salem, for example, had spent the entire time trying out every bed in the underground chamber as if he were on a holiday.

Was Primrose being overly dramatic? Callen was a beast, but he was a newcomer, while Dr. Grace and Dr. Alina were humans who had never experienced anything this terrifying before.

Then, Primrose suddenly heard Lorelle's thoughts. [This place is cozy and quiet. I could probably sleep here for a damn two days straight.]

Lorelle was lying on one of the beds, having pulled the blanket up to her chin as she prepared to sleep.
