"That's not the point!" Lazarus snapped. "You kidnapped an entire entourage from another kingdom! Do you want to start a war?!"
Primrose gently patted his arm. "Father, please don't panic. We're only keeping them here for a short while. Once everything is settled, we'll send them back safely."
Edmund nodded again. "They are being treated well. There won't be any torture, or chains."
"That does NOT make it better!!" Lazarus exploded. "Argh! My head! It feels like it's going to burst!" He took a deep breath before continuing, "Fine. Let's say you release them later, won't they recognize you and immediately testify against you?"
Primrose waved her hand lightly. "Oh, you don't need to worry about that." She smiled sweetly. "They won't even remember they were ever held here."
Lazarus still looked confused, but Primrose did not explain to him that she had the ability to erase someone's memories and plant new ones inside their mind.
