Susannah and Quinn were in a hospital with Esper and Larson behind them. "Does two seem apart?" Esper whisper to Larson.
"Yeah I didn't want to be rude about it." Larson whisper back.
Quinn put her hands in his pockets and turned around. "We can hear you two."
"Sorry you two have been silent in the car and now in this hallway." Larson explained.
"We have a lot on our plate right, Lily?" Quinn turn to her.
"Yeah....." Susannah was looking around. Esper walk up to Susannah. "By the way I love the new look, so bonna and dangerous." Esper chuckled.
Susannah's new haircut was cut neck length with her bang being longer with two braiding being pin back with a ribbon behind her head. "Thanks." Susannah sighed.
"Oh here is my dad's room." Esper open it.
Everest was hooked up to machines reading a book. "Hello Esper."
"I will stay out-" Larson waved.
"Now come with me." Esper grabbed his hand.
"Ooooooo." Quinn close the door with Susannah on the other side of the door.
Quinn gazed at her. "Lil?" Susannah touch her hair. "Hmmm" She look at him.
"N-Nevermind." Quinn leans on the wall.
"Good to see you again,Larson." Everest said.
"You to Sir." Laron bowed his head.
"Glad to see you looking better, Dad." Esper smiled.
"Yeah but slowly so how did you two start dating." He close the book he was reading.
"I carry her after gym class." Larson said.
Everest grinned. "That brave of you boy, touching my daughter."
"S-sorry Sir, she was tired." Larson stared shaking.
"Someone on there death bed should not scare you."
"Don't joke like that Dad." Esper chuckled, He looked at her then Larson.
"Larson my boy stepped out the room." Everest stated. Larson stood beside Susannah.
"You what?!" Esper shouted.
"I ask to be put in hospice and update my will." Everest repeated.
"Why Dad? We have the best hospital for you and resources!"
"Esper I'm tired of all the pills, the experiment and the test-"
"Dad please keep fighting I can't-"
"I love you."
"If you did love me fight harder or are you just like her!" Esper ran out the room.
"Whoa!" Quinn held the door as Esper ran outside. "Esper!" Larson yelled.
"Larson go after her." Quinn said. "Sir!" Larson went after her.
"I will go after them coming Lil?"
"Bathroom." Susannah walk away. Once she was done, she went to wash her hands as Una was in the mirror.
"We talk again, Susannah." Una waved.
"What do you want, heart grabber?"
Una laughed. "I had to, to unlock my powers in you."
"Really?" Susannah looked at her, "No tapping your shoulder would have been fine." Una shrugged her shoulders.
"So you're a menace?"
"I heard worse from my kins." Una start dancing around.
"But what are your powers?" Susannah asked. "I have many powers but that student's Dad, I can cure him." Susannah turns off the water. "Really now?"
Una crossed her arms. "Yeah I can feel him dying and his heart is failing, even getting a new heart is a 10% for him living to 60."
"So that's what I was feeling." Susannah wipe her hands.
"Yes and I can guide you." Una grinned at her. Susannah cover her face. "I need Esper's permission, I just can't cure her Father."
Una put her hands together behind her back. "No one asks you when they took your limbs you even call one of them "Father" so why?" Una's eyes went cold. Susannah flinched at her.
"Y-yes but Esper is not me." Susannah said. Una clicked her teeth. "Fine."
"Thanks Una." Susannah smiled at her, as Una turn her head away trying not to blush.
Outside the hospital*
Esper was kicking a tree. Larson was watching her, "Esper?"
Esper takes a breath and stops kicking. "When I was a kid, my Dad used to put me in this tree swing over there as he went over his lines as a narrator for movies, he was so passionate about his job." Esper walk over to the swing.
"Then he got sick." Lasron finished for her. Esper sat in the swing. "Yeah he is still trying to be cheerful." Then Larson starts pushing her. "And?"
"I just- sometimes I think he got sick because we are part of the Mafia." Esper sighed. "Oh Esper I think I know, how you feel."
Esper turn her head. "How do you know you got two Dads?!" She barked. Larson flinched. "I-I sorry."
"No your right my Parents's marriage was a lavender one, they were happy as best friends but my Mother got sick." Larson smiled.
"Larson." She whispered. "Even though their marriage is a fake, he loved her until she died with a smile on her face." Esper got up and guided Larson to the swing, he was a little shocked but sat down, as she started pushing him. "And?" Esper smiled.
"My Parents love me and when I meet Papa my love grows." Larson grinned. Esper let go, Larson look at her.
"I wish my Mom was here." Esper smiled. "I'm here." Larson smiled.
"Thank you and we don't have to fake dates anymore." Esper sighed. "Can we start dating for real then?"
"I'm a messy person." Esper blushed.
"I love cleaning." He smiled.
"I love my job."
"I love baking."
"I have two pets that bite."
"I have three sisters that also bite."
"I don't like sex."
"I never wanted that."
"We have a four years age gap!"
"We can wait."
"I-I lose to you Sir."
"Aww." Larson blushed. Quinn looks at them. "Man you kids ran first."
"Hey HeadMaster." Esper smiled.
"Oh Susannah." Larson look over Quinn, "Esper please I need your permission."
"Permission?" Esper asked. Back in the hospital room. He was asleep. "You can cure him?" Nicolette held his hand.
"Yes Ma'am but I want your permission."
"Like cure him, cure him?" Esper asked.
"Yes." Susannah nodded.
"What Runa says is true then we need to keep this down from everyone." Nicolette nodded.
"As part of the MoonFlower we cover this up." Susannah smiled.
"You have our permission." Esper and Nicolette said. Susannah opens Everest's shirt and places her hand on his chest and starts feeling his heart, as she closes her eyes.
She was in a black room now with Una beside her, dressed like a nurse. "Let's get to work kin." On the other side, Nicole was watching Everest and Susannah's heartbeat.
"Normal for Susannah and normal for Everest, whoa it has been awhile." Nicole chuckled.
"Let's see his heart is something else." Una explain it.
"Yeah-" Susannah got a nose bleed. "Lily?!" Quinn yelled but was stopped by Susannah as lift her hand up and shook her head. Una snapped her fingers. "Bingo found the problem!" Una cheered.
Everest and Susannah gasped. Susannah fell on her knees with blood coming out her nose and mouth, Everest held his chest. "Holy Bonna!" Everest grabbed his chest.
"Everest?" Nicole asked.
"Nicolette? Esper?"
"Daddy!" Esper hugged him, Susannah smiled and wiped her nose. Quinn hugged her. "You did amazing Lil."
"Yeah, hey you know there is a girl my age waving at me?" Susannah smiled.
"What?" Then she pass out. Quinn held her close. From afar, Runa whistled "Glad we have those cameras in case the party went south but that Nightshade nightmare took her husband with her to the party."
"So were blackmailing now?" Usher lean over her shoulder.
"That means you will leave Valencia alone?" Allen said.
"Of course but...." Runa grinned.
