Watching Mia Foster's retreating figure, Felix Shaw's handsome eyebrows gradually tightened, always feeling that this woman was hiding something from him. Otherwise, why would she make a special trip to the company, just to see him?
Obviously, that wasn't the case, because she had never done such a thing before.
He shifted his gaze back to the work at hand. With the recent heavy workload, there was no energy left to think too much.
When Mia Foster came out of the elevator, she happened to see Oliver Shaw coming from the opposite direction, apparently just having returned from outside, still wearing the same outfit she had seen him in at the mall.
