Francine Howards was trembling with anger, not expecting that Caleb, a mere secretary, would dare to confront her like this. But she also knew that Caleb was telling the truth, and with Kyle Kinston's temper, barging in like this might not give her any face at all.
"Fine!" Francine gritted her teeth, "Then go and report it, I have 'urgent business' to see Kyle!" She deliberately emphasized the words "urgent business".
Caleb went in to report, and Kyle, upon hearing, didn't even lift his eyelids and said, "Let her wait outside."
"Yes." Caleb responded.
When Francine heard this reply, she could hardly believe her ears, "Did Kyle really say that?"
"Yes, perhaps when Elder Kinston has time, he'll be willing to see you, Miss Howards." Caleb said.
Francine nearly bit into pieces, but she could only wait outside.
She waited for more than two hours until Kyle Kinston finally came out of the office, heading to the meeting room, and Francine finally saw Kyle.
