Dorian Howards suddenly looked up, disbelief written all over his face, "What did you say?"
"It's Alice Conley, she just happened to be on that elevator," Catherine Willis said.
Dorian grabbed Catherine's arms urgently, "How long has she been in the elevator now?"
"It's been over an hour," Catherine replied.
"Stuck between which floors?"
"Between the 28th and 29th floors."
The next moment, she only saw her boss quickly rushing towards the emergency exit, taking the stairs down instead of using the elevator.
This showed just how anxious he was.
Catherine couldn't help but sigh; between her boss and Alice Conley, she really didn't know who owed whom more.
Right now, Dorian's mind was full of Alice Conley. Damn it, she actually got stuck in that elevator. Who the hell is in charge of checking it regularly, and how did it malfunction? Damn it, he's going to fire that whole team responsible for the elevator!
