But what are these barbarians?
During the founding of Erune, the Golden-maned Lion-men were merely a small tribe on the northwest border of the kingdom. Afterwards, they frequently battled with the Eruein, suffering considerable losses and eventually withdrawing back to the mountains.
Though it is said that over the past century, as the kingdom gradually declined, there have been some disturbances from the Golden-maned Lion-men on the border, no one expected them to become so arrogant.
