"Marcus." Ada gasped softly, whispering his name.
Marcus breathed heavily, his body tense, pulling her into the room and pressing her onto the bed, kissing her tirelessly.
Ada watched as the man buried his head in focusing solely on kissing her. Her toes curled from the kisses, and one embarrassing thought lingered in her mind: It's over, Marcus kissed me into oblivion, are we going to live as husband and wife so soon?
She wasn't ready.
Fortunately, at the crucial moment, the man suddenly withdrew, his breath unsteady, half-supporting his frame to encapsulate her within his realm, his eyes dark as ink, hoarsely stating, "Today's not the right time, we'll wait until we return to the Holiday Village."
