Isn't the child Ethan's?
Chloe Grant remembered overhearing a conversation between Lily Grant and Ethan Woods before.
Ethan was very sure the child in Lily's belly was his, how could it be...?
"Are you joking?" Lucas frowned, glancing up at Chloe Grant upstairs, then looking down at Lily Grant, "Do you really think the Morgan family is so easy to deceive?"
"I'm not lying to you!" Lily shook her head, "I admit at first, I thought this child was Ethan's! But when I went to the hospital for a check-up, I found out that the reason Ethan and Abigail Parker didn't have a child was because Ethan couldn't, not because of Abigail! Ethan used Abigail as an excuse to hide this truth!"
"So, this child is yours!" Lily shouted.
Lucas frowned, he didn't respond, as if contemplating the truth of Lily's words.
"Lucas... it really is yours." Lily lowered her head, saying weakly.
This action of hers went straight to Lucas's heart.
"Chloe..."
He instinctively called out but made no sound.
