"What do you want to eat?" Fu Yihan tilted his head to look at Su Qingnuan, his tone not particularly cold.
Su Qingnuan felt flattered and quickly stood up, smiling. "I can eat anything, I'm not picky."
So many things she actually can't eat, yet still so polite?
Fu Yihan withdrew his gaze, no longer paying attention to Su Qingnuan, and instead turned to Gu Xiaoxiao.
"Miss Gu, do you have any dietary restrictions?"
Gu Xiaoxiao quickly waved her hand with an awkward laugh. "I don't either, I eat everything."
Seeing her tense demeanor, Fu Yihan's lips curved slightly.
"Don't be so nervous. You're Qingnuan's friend, so naturally you're my friend too. We'll have plenty of chances to meet in the future—are you going to feel this nervous every time?"
Upon hearing this, Gu Xiaoxiao thought it made sense. While she didn't relax completely, she did seem notably better.
Su Qingnuan had always been impressed by Fu Yihan's eloquence.
