"Shao Gang said he wants to meet you and Su Qing."
Without thinking, Mi Chenshuo said, "I don't want to see him!"
"Viscount Chenshuo, listen to me first. He said he committed another case and insists on meeting you and Su Qing before he'll confess."
Mi Chenshuo glanced at Su Qing. "Shao Gang wants to see us. Will you go?"
Su Qing nodded. "Yes! I want to know what other wrongs he's done to us."
Mi Chenshuo spoke briefly to the caller before hastily hanging up. Mianmian was still in the bedroom, so he needed to find a place for her first.
Tong Airui noticed his concern. "I'll take Mianmian with me for now. When you're back, call me and I'll have her brought back."
"Thank you, Duke Airui," Su Qing said quickly. A prison, after all, wasn't an appropriate place to bring a child.
