When Yi Luowa received Tong Airui's call, it was already past three in the afternoon.
Hearing her say she was accompanying Prince Charles and Mi Xiaotian playing chess, Tong Airui simply told her he'd be busy for a while longer before heading back.
"No one got hurt, right?" Yi Luowa asked softly as she placed a chess piece down.
"No one got hurt."
"Then I'm relieved. Husband, actually... actually, that young girl is quite nice. Try not to make things hard for her."
Tong Airui's mouth twitched slightly. "You call her a young girl? She just looks young. She's born on the exact same year, month, and day as you."
"Really! What a coincidence!" Yi Luowa chuckled.
Sitting across from her, Mi Xiaotian made a move, which Prince Charles looked at and then moved back, picking up another chess piece instead.
Mi Xiaotian shook his head in disapproval.
Yi Luowa laughed, "Uncle, you and Grandpa are each making a move this round."
