Youyou had just reached the door when she heard footsteps outside. She panicked and pushed the slightly opened door shut again, and mouthed to Yi Luowa, "My brother-in-law is back."
Yi Luowa chuckled, "If he's back, so be it. Just walk out confidently."
"I don't dare…" Youyou glanced around before darting into the bathroom.
Yi Luowa shook her head helplessly.
Just as Youyou entered the bathroom, Tong Airui pushed the door open and walked in. He noticed Yi Luowa standing barefoot on the ground and furrowed his brow slightly, "Why aren't you asleep yet?"
"I fell asleep and woke up again." Yi Luowa turned and slipped on her slippers, "I put on shoes. You're not allowed to nag me about it anymore."
"I've reminded you a thousand times, and you still don't learn!" Tong Airui laughed, rubbing her head affectionately, "Lie down on the bed and rest; I'll take a quick shower and come back to keep you company."
