On the very last day of summer, the war clouds above the Elf Kingdom finally completely dispersed.
After a whole day of rain, gentle sunlight once again shone upon this Holy Land, and the trees seemed freshly washed anew. All traces of destruction caused by the war were cleared from this land, and at first glance, it still appeared to be the remembered Paradise.
Only the black hand statue on Heather Lake remained a cruel reminder to all elves, and only the broken branches at Unicorn Bay continued to tell the story of pain.
However, Lynch felt rather relaxed. For humans, war is something that occurs frequently in life, not a calamity experienced once in thousands of years. Without the elves' infinite nostalgia for such cruel events, humans could quickly recover from pain and brace for the next sorrow.
