As long as what you said is true, we can use Snake Demon Hearts to purchase 'Temporary Magic Items' from you. For every thousand of such items, I'll give you one heart. After all, that's something hard to come by!"
"At most 500 Temporary Magic Items for one heart, or else I'd be better off joining the war, as that offers greater profits." Lynch held up five fingers in front of the hags. "You know, I need five thousand Snake Demon Hearts. We'll have a long period of cooperation."
The hags exchanged a few glances, but didn't engage in any telepathic dialogue. There was no need for further discussion, as Lynch had already gathered enough information from their earlier conversations to understand how difficult obtaining each heart was for them.
