Hearing the doorbell ring, Lily Turner immediately thought that Easton Holmes had returned, and after hurriedly greeting Bella Carter, she quickly got up to open the door.
"Who are you looking for?"
After opening the door, Lily Turner saw not Easton Holmes, but a tall man. Because the man was wearing sunglasses, she couldn't clearly see what he looked like.
She opened the door with great joy, but seeing it wasn't him, she felt inexplicably disappointed.
"You must be the sister-in-law."
Though it was a question, the tone was affirmative. The man glanced at the open-door Lily Turner and walked past her into the house.
Sister-in-law?!
This man called her sister-in-law, could it be that his brother has come looking for her?
Does he have a brother? She really had no idea, even though they were married, she wasn't familiar with his situation at all.
