Easton Holmes took his phone out of his pocket. When he saw that it was Alice Turner's call, he didn't pick up immediately but instead walked briskly into the bedroom.
At the same time, Lily Turner was lying in bed watching TV. Hearing some noise at the door, she instinctively turned her head towards the bedroom door. Seeing that it was Easton Holmes who had returned, she turned over and sat up.
"Why didn't you chat with Grandpa and Uncle longer?" She thought he would chat for a long time but didn't expect him to come up so quickly.
"Your sister called you."
As Easton approached the bedside, he handed the phone to Lily Turner. Upon seeing that it was her sister calling, he immediately thought that her sister must be looking for her.
Only then did she notice that his phone was ringing. She reached out to take the phone he handed over and glanced at the screen. Sure enough, it was her sister's number.
"Sis!"
Seeing it was her sister calling, she quickly picked up.
