Song Qiao headed straight for the restroom, but as she walked out of the office, her pocketed phone began to ring.
She took out her phone and saw that the incoming call was from Lu Jingchen; she slid the answer button and gently said 'hello' into the phone.
On the other side of the call, Lu Jingchen was sitting on the living room sofa, a laptop in front of him displaying one of the movies Song Qiao often enjoyed, which he had paused.
Hearing Song Qiao's voice, although it was just a simple 'hello', his heart softened a bit. His voice was deep and slightly hoarse with a touch of sexiness, "Come home for lunch, I had the chef prepare your favorite food, shall I send the driver to pick you up now?"
