"Does it look good?" Jiang Nuo stood in front of Mu Qiuniang, smiling as he asked her.
Mu Qiuniang replied, "It looks good." But as she looked down at his feet, she noticed he was wearing a pair of very worn-out sneakers, which didn't really match.
She asked him to wait a moment.
Then she went into the room, and when she came back out, she had a pair of white canvas shoes in her hand.
"Try them on, see if they fit."
Jiang Nuo felt a bit embarrassed because his socks were a bit ragged. "I'll go change inside," he said, taking the shoes and heading in.
