"Let go!"
Yan Xinxin turned and struggled, lifting her tear-filled, defiant eyes.
"Mo Chuxi, I told you to let go. Are you planning to force me again like you did five years ago?"
Upon hearing her words, his heart was struck brutally.
His tightly clenched hand slowly loosened.
Yan Xinxin freed herself forcefully, her weak body staggering and falling toward the wall.
Mo Chuxi instinctively moved forward to support her, but Yan Xinxin turned aside, coldly avoiding him.
"Mo Chuxi, I hate you."
She lifted her gaze, and the words she uttered felt like a sharp blade piercing through his heart.
"In these five years, I've had countless thoughts about killing you! I once believed meeting you was the luckiest thing in my life. I also thought the nightmare from five years ago could finally end, but turns out, it didn't!"
Yan Xinxin's voice trembled as she bit her pale lips heavily.
"Turns out, my nightmare didn't end. Maybe it's only truly starting now."
