Hearing the little princess's laughter, Yan Xinxin covered her lips and chuckled as well.
"Mo Chuxi, you're so foolish! You actually fell for Xi's trick!"
It was only then that Mo Chuxi realized he'd been duped. Yet, the little rascal in front of him reached out again and drew two more lines on his other cheek, finishing off with a playful dab on his lips.
"Hahaha…"
Yan Chenxi laughed heartily.
Little Chenxi looked at Mo Chuxi and couldn't help but giggle along.
"Daddy's turned into a big cat!"
Yan Xinxin laughed as well, and the three—mother, son, and daughter—gazed at the "big cat," laughing gleefully.
"Mo Chuxi, you're so silly! A grown adult, fooled by a five-year-old! You're so dumb… mmm?"
Just as she was laughing and teasing him, Mo Chuxi suddenly straightened up and grabbed her cheeks with his flour-covered hands.
"What are you doing?"
Yan Xinxin stared at the man before her in mock indignation.
