All along the way, Hu Jianda kept trying to strike up a conversation with Ji Yu, acting as if he was quite familiar with her.
But Ji Yu was fully aware of what he was up to. Tactics like this might work with others, but to her, they were nothing but exasperating.
Fortunately, they soon arrived at the hospital, and Ji Yu had no intention of continuing the conversation. Instead, she led him to see the doctor.
After all, she did have some connections here.
Seeing the situation in front of him, Hu Jianda couldn't help showing signs of impatience.
"Yu, you probably don't know that your father has a doctor who's familiar with his condition. If you casually switch doctors, it might not be very appropriate."
Ji Yu didn't quite agree with this notion of inappropriateness. At the very least, she wasn't thinking that way at all.
