Zhi'er turned his head and saw a figure descending the hillside, carrying a hoe.

Old Man Gao was over fifty, but his hair was almost completely gray.

He held a leaf-rolled green stalk in his mouth, with a bemused smile on his face.

"Piglet, you still have that old habit from childhood, climbing walls and sneaking around, stealing little things. I should have let Big Yellow bite off your fingers earlier, so you'd never become a thief in your life!"

Old Man Gao spoke as he approached.

The big yellow dog saw its owner coming and quickly wagged its tail to greet him.

As Old Man Gao passed by Zhi'er and the others, he glanced at them with his weathered, aged eyes.

The pockmarked man ran over, accompanying his words with a smile: "Old Man Gao, there are outsiders here, so please don't call me by my nickname!"

"I came today because these honored people want to borrow Big Yellow from you to find someone."
