It didn't take long before the boy came over with a big bowl of beef wonton noodles and placed it in front of Ye Tian.
"That's quite a portion!"
Ye Tian raised an eyebrow and remarked.
"Every guest who comes to our shop says we're generous!" The boy smiled shyly, showing no signs of deceit, and continued:
"Moreover, we're all Chinese; we should help each other out. Life isn't easy, so we give a little extra."
"Then why is your business still so bad?" Ye Tian picked up his chopsticks and said while eating the noodles.
The boy watched Ye Tian eat, a strange look flickered in his eyes as he replied, "Usually, our business is good; just today it's a bit quiet. Maybe people wanted a change of taste..."
"Oh, but the taste of these noodles is quite average, not like authentic Huaxia wonton noodles. If I made it myself, it might taste better." Ye Tian said.
"Oh? Big brother is skilled in cooking too?" The boy looked at Ye Tian, and a cold glint faintly flashed in his eyes.
