There's no sun today.
Even though the air conditioning is on indoors, the damp cold of winter remains unconquered.
The charming receptionist, out of professional necessity, has to wear a thin little suit jacket. For warmth, she has to cover her slender legs in nude stockings with a small blanket while sitting at the reception desk, with a heat pad adhered to her belly for extra warmth.
Despite all these efforts, the winter weather and scenery are enough to make one's skin feel chilly just by looking at them.
The receptionist occasionally shivers whenever there's no one around as she stares outside the door.
Ding-dong—
The sensor at the entrance suddenly rings, and the arrival of guests instantly revives the somewhat drowsy receptionist, prompting her to greet them with an instinctive smile ingrained in muscle memory:
"Hello, welcome to Liu Lin Psychological Clinic. Do you have an appointment...?"
"...!"
