Over twenty minutes later, Situ Yan had finished making a few of her specialty dishes.
They were all quick and tasty cold dishes: cold cucumber salad, drunken peanuts, egg with ham, and a plate of cold century eggs.
"Want to have some wine?" Situ Yan asked with a smile, in good spirits.
"We're working tonight, what are you drinking for?" Jiang Feng frowned.
Not letting women drink was his iron rule, and the last time Situ Yan got drunk was still vivid in his memory—wasn't that lesson enough?
When this woman started acting drunk, she threw all appearances out the window.
"Have a drink, take a nap in the afternoon, and you'll be sober by evening."
Situ Yan shrugged it off, very much determined to drink since Jiang Feng told her not to.
So, she returned to the kitchen and brought back a bottle of white wine, along with two small porcelain bowls, smiling as she said, "It's rare for you to join me on a mission, consider this a Farewell Wine!"
