Her main weapon is a metal water pipe, which she uses as a blunt weapon, causing concussions and head trauma to her enemies
As known to many, when a sinner is made, they gain abilities depending to one's desire, Hella on the other hand [Redacted] and has gained the ability to heal from most wounds.

An apathetic girl who rarely shows any emotion, the only thing she cares about most is the chief's safety. Besides caring for the chief's safety, she has a sketchbook, its pages full of well-known drawings of many things and people.
Her ability itself is the use of nightmares, meaning any nightmares that are forming within her mind are used to affect the enemy's mental states.

Crache is one of the founders of the small gang called, the Homeless. The homeless are a gang filled with children, however, they do not participate in any fights. In fact, Crache is the only protector who protects the children.
To those who wish to join the homeless, a child must draw the symbol of the homeless, and a few children appear to rescue the child, while the ones who harm the child face 'punishment' by Crache.
While observing the sinner, unlike most children, Crache herself does not like sweets, however, if made by the chief, she will think about giving it a taste.
Her ability allows her to control any shadow within the vicinity, which includes her own. As long as there is a shadow, there is a weapon, however, this comes with drawbacks.
The longer she uses her ability, the more mental fatigue she will feel, including dependence on her ability.

K.K was located in the syndicate when she was arrested, and has a file of multiple shootouts. The suspect is also a core member of the Whitestone industry, not the same industry in this new world, but in our world.
The suspect is also a key suspect for harboring and assisting the founder of the industry, Bai Yi, and has handled multiple suspicious transactions.
K.K claims to be an orphan, raised in the syndicate by no one, and has learned to fight. She also has a temper when it comes to arguments, which often leads to a fight.
K.K's mutation is to control the reception nerves, more specifically, her pain receptors. Whenever she is in a fight, she can shut down the pain receptors so she does not feel anything.
However, it is a double-edged sword, once she activates her ability, she can not tell if she has broken any bones.

Che is another core member of the Whitestone industry, not of this world, but of our world. He is the handler when it comes to money from the clients, but when it comes to business, he doesn't take part in them.
He was in the eyes of the MBCC when he was found harboring the founder of the Whitestone industry, Bai Yi. He was also seen aiding the sinner on some occasions. It may sound controversial when writing this down, but do you really think a man who loves to be lazy will make sense?
His ability allows him to bring life to his weapons; in other words, it is similar to Eve's, but only works with any weapon he has in his hand. As long as he throws it, the power and strength increase.
Even if they are far away, all Che needs to do is call them back, and they fly into his hands to be used once again.
Name: Bai Yi

Bai Yi is the founding member of Whitestone Industries and has done multiple jobs. Said jobs ranged from debt collection to delivery, though the people have negative reactions when asked what they thought about Whitestone.
The subject's identity is unknown; attempts were made to locate her original identity, but were denied. The most plausible theory is that someone from the database is deliberately hiding her identity. Thus, the subject was now known as Bai Yi.
Bai Yi was caught when she ran away from debt collectors. Mind you, she had borrowed money and had no intentions of paying them back. Thus, the MBCC was forced to settle the debt.
Her ability was noted when attempting to arrest her multiple times. Her speed allows her not only to nearly reach Mach 1, but she also has keen precision when facing multiple enemies.
