Another book has come to an end. Though I'm used to it, my feelings are still quite complex—a bit lost and empty.
From the very beginning, this book made some really foolish mistakes. By the time I wanted to fix them later, I couldn't quite figure out how to turn things around, so I had no choice but to grit my teeth and keep writing. There's not much to say about it—just take it as a lesson and keep improving along the way.
As for the ending of this book, I wrapped up all the loose ends in just two chapters. I originally thought about crafting a more refined conclusion, but after recalling how much effort went into the last book with little appreciation, I decided against it. So, I settled for a simple cycle instead.
This book ends here. I don't plan to write any side stories—Eiji's story is over. What happens next is up to your imagination. There won't be any of those steamy side stories everyone was hoping for in the group chat.
What I want to talk about is my next book.
First of all, I definitely won't be writing a pure crossover anime genre.
Why are crossover anime stories becoming increasingly rare on Qidian? Ultimately, it's because the audience is too small. Writing crossover anime is a thankless task—there are always people with sky-high expectations who aren't even willing to give a single subscription. Do they ever stop to think how many people are still willing to write crossover anime these days?
I wrote crossover anime before purely out of love, but everyone has to make a living. It's impossible to keep doing work you love forever.
In short, my next book won't be purely crossover anime, but it will include anime elements.
