Vivi quickly tried to calm her down."Nami, Chopper said you shouldn't get worked up right now. Try to stay calm."
Su Xiaoqi protested with a wronged expression,"I was just asking, no need to freak out."
Chopper trembled in fear and muttered,"Women are scary... and angry women are even scarier..."
Over the next four days, Su Xiaoqi was relentlessly bossed around by Nami. Even when he was training, the moment she shouted his name, he had to appear in front of her immediately—or she'd threaten to use the "Zhu Zhuqing Summoning Technique" to expose all the damage on her body.
During that time, whenever Vivi was free, she would ask Su Xiaoqi questions about his world. The vastness of it fascinated her—she wanted to explore it someday.

Nami angrily ripped off her bandages and stomped toward the helm, grumbling,"Stupid Su Xiaoqi, damn Su Xiaoqi, would it kill you to pamper me for a few more days?"
On the deck, Vivi said,"Even though she won't admit it, I can tell—Nami was really happy these past few days."
Su Xiaoqi shrugged,"Of course she was. She didn't have to lift a finger—we did everything for her."
Vivi smiled gently, then said to herself,"If I ever get hurt, I hope someone would take care of me like that too."
"You're a princess. If you ever get hurt, you'll be surrounded by people waiting to care for you."
Vivi shook her head with a smile and changed the subject."Will you come back here again? Once you leave, Chopper's going to miss you. These days he's only been playing with you—I can't even get close enough to hug him."
"Of course I'll want to come back. There are tons of points to earn here. But it depends on whether that woman Nami will let me. You know how moody she is."
"And you? Have you decided whether to join the Straw Hat crew?"
Vivi turned around and gave Su Xiaoqi a sweet smile."I'll tell you the day you leave."
Just then, Nami burst out of the helm shouting,"Su Xiaoqi! Ship spotted at 45 degrees to port!"
Su Xiaoqi immediately perked up."Finally, some signs of life! I've been bored to death these past few days. I'll go check it out."
Not long after, he flew back, picked Nami up mid-scream, and flew straight toward the pirate ship.
As they soared through the air, Nami shouted,"Su Xiaoqi, you jerk! Can't you carry me properly for once? I just recovered!"
Su Xiaoqi stopped midair, clearly annoyed, and cradled her in his arms."You're such a pain, woman. So demanding."
Cradled in his arms, Nami suddenly quieted down. Her voice softened."Where are you taking me...?"
"You'll see. Also, could you stop talking to me in that tone? Just act normal."
Before she could blow up again, Su Xiaoqi landed on the pirate ship with her in his arms.
"Huh? I think I just saw a giant bird fly by. Now that same bird brought Nami? Am I hallucinating from hunger?"
Nami turned toward the voice and gasped,"Luffy!"
Luffy tilted his head,"Huh? That girl who looks a lot like Nami just spoke."
"I thought I heard Nami-chan's voice!"
Sanji appeared out of nowhere, followed by Zoro, Usopp, Kaya, and even the little yellow duck—all appearing before Su Xiaoqi.
The moment the rest of the crew (except Luffy) saw Su Xiaoqi beside Nami, they tensed up.
Zoro drew his sword, Usopp readied his slingshot, and Sanji struck a dramatic pose and barked,"Who the hell are you? Get away from my Nami-chan, or I won't hold back!"
Nami stepped forward and punched Sanji square on the head."Who's your Nami-chan?! Say that again and I'll kill you!"
Su Xiaoqi hadn't expected to meet the Straw Hats under such circumstances, but he found it amusing.
"Nami, I'll leave this to you. I'm heading back to the Merry to let Vivi and Chopper know."
Watching Su Xiaoqi fly away, Usopp stammered,"N-Nami, is he a Devil Fruit user or something?"
"I'll explain everything later. Right now, you all need to explain how you ended up in this mess."
Back on the Merry, Su Xiaoqi told Vivi and Chopper about Luffy's situation. Vivi was overjoyed, while Chopper looked nervous.
Su Xiaoqi scooped Chopper into his arms."Don't be nervous. These people are your future comrades. Be a man."
When the rest of the Straw Hats returned to the Merry, they were all excited—Luffy even burst into tears. He'd been blaming himself for everything that had happened with Blackbeard.
Chopper quickly got along with everyone, and even identified the root of Kaya's illness. With a little time, he said, he could cure her completely.
"Su Xiaoqi, thank you for saving Nami, Vivi, and the Merry. And thank you for finding us such an amazing doctor."
Before dinner, the Straw Hats sincerely thanked Su Xiaoqi. By now, they already saw him as one of their best friends.

Sanji glared at Su Xiaoqi, who was now seated between Nami and Vivi, his jaw clenched so hard it almost cracked.
"Damn it... Why is that bastard so popular with the girls?"
Kaya smiled and said,"I think Mr. Su Xiaoqi is wonderful. He even indirectly cured my illness. I want to thank him properly when I get the chance."
"Not you too, Kaya-san..."
Sanji was on the verge of tears. He swore to himself that he would save these ladies from Su Xiaoqi's clutches.
