Blake then combines wet Ingredients In a separate medium bowl, whisk the warm coffee, honey, and oil and add eggs and flavor In another bowl
Blake beats the eggs for about 2 minutes with a hand mixer.
Blake then reduces the speed and mixes in the honey mixture and cider.
Blake then combine wet and dry
Blake gradually adds the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, mixing on low speed until the batter is smooth and no streaks of flour remain.
Blake bake pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Blake then bake for 25 minutes
Blake then let the cake cool in the pan for 5 minutes before inverting it onto a wire rack to cool completely.
