People speculated that these world organisations weren't doing this out of the kindness of their hearts.They believed that these organisations were trying to see if they could weaponise these crows or create military weapons if they figured out what causes the disorientation effect.
The governments had also made it illegal for unauthorised personnel to hunt these crows.Some businesses were even creating products that had the appearance of the morrigan crows such as key chains,flash drives and artificial life size wall decorations.
Frank was pleased that the governments were trying to do something about these crows and not letting people get injured or pigeons getting killed.
An hour later a new post was made by the government that detailed the biology of these crows.There was an image of a dissected morrigan crow in the post.
The morrigan crows possessed a remarkably similar internal structure to regular crows with some exceptions in size and the appearance of their brains.Frank had to assume this was due to the morrigan crows behaviour and instincts.This similar biology was also described as infuriating to biologists and scientists as they still didn't know what caused the disorientation effect in the sounds they made.
Frank felt relieved by this since there was little chance of governments making new weapons unless they decided to figure out how to tame these crows.
Frank was having second thoughts about this creation ability of his.Perhaps he could do some good in the world.He then remembered all the creatures that had gone extinct thanks to humanity.Perhaps he could bring them back.
Frank had once searched on certain websites about extinct animals.He had read about a certain species of bear in Northern Africa that had been wiped out by humans.It was known as the Atlas bear.
Yes the Atlas bear would do.It was a start at restoring the biodiversity of the world.Plus there Atlas bear had only been extinct for a few centuries so there shouldn't be any problems for the environment.
Frank wasn't going to bring back creatures that had been dead for a massive amount of time like dinosaurs or sabre tooth tigres.Creatures like those would probably out compete any creatures from today if they didn't have any problems with the environment like having the right food or modern illnesses.
The animals aside from humans nowadays were simply far weaker then they used to be.However animals from the past wouldn't do so well in the modern setting due to a myriad of reasons.
Frank got to work drawing a male and female Atlas bear based on their appearance in historical accounts.He wrote down all the details of their species and their behaviours.He also added other details.
The Atlas bear of Northern Africa is able to survive and thrive in the modern environment.They are capable of handling most modern diseases quite well and surviving them.There are fifteen thousand of these bears evenly distributed across Northern Africa.
Frank then thought about whether or not people would hunt them to extinction again or at least close to extinction hence he added an extra detail.
The Atlas bear of Northern Africa is also impervious to bullets and will maul any poachers or hunters attempting to shoot them.
Frank finished his work by putting his signature onto the work.He then began scrolling through news articles waiting for news of the Atlas bears return.He eventually got tired of waiting and went to sleep at 11 pm.
He awoke the next morning to see that there were a lot of news notifications on his phone.They all occurred a short time after midnight.
