Chapter 191 - Chapter 190: Metal Rilldo

As Goku spoke, his figure blurred—then he snapped a kick straight into Rilldo's right cheek.

With a loud bang, Rilldo was booted across the ground, carving a trench a hundred meters long before he skidded to a halt.

"Heh-heh… Is that all you've got?" Rilldo rose from the rubble, cracking his neck with a mocking smile. Despite taking Goku's kick head-on, he was completely unscathed.

"Interesting," Goku said lightly. He flashed forward and swung another kick at Rilldo.

Rilldo's lips curled. His jaws opened wide as a beam wreathed in electricity fired from his mouth.

"Hm?" Goku frowned. He remembered this technique—it could petrify. He slipped aside, letting it pass.

The beam struck a nearby metal "tree," turning it to stone in an instant.

"Just as I thought." Goku glanced at the petrified tree and looked back to Rilldo.

"Nasty trick—but if it doesn't hit, it's worthless." He vanished and reappeared in front of Rilldo, fist rocketing toward his face.

"Hmph."

Rilldo grunted, dipped in, and drove his own fist up to meet the blow.

Boom.

A shockwave tore outward; dazzling battle-light flared; the ground around them cracked like a spiderweb. Metal-built trees and houses toppled en masse, the earth itself shuddering.

"Not bad," Rilldo admitted. In a flicker he appeared behind Goku, whipping a heel like a scythe—the kind of blow that could shatter a mountain.

Goku snorted, wheel-kicked back, and shin met shin with a thunderclap. The force hurled them both into a high-rise. They burst from the wreckage and collided again, fists and feet a blur.

With a heavy thud, Rilldo's punch sank into Goku's chest—yet Goku only grinned as if nothing had happened. He clenched his right hand and hammered it down on Rilldo's forehead, ki erupting like a storm.

Rilldo's body shot away and crashed into the ground, gouging out a massive crater.

This planet was truly tough. On a normal world, blows like these would have ripped open a bottomless chasm.

"Damn! His body's even tougher than mine." Rilldo rose slowly from the pit, face dark. He was a mutant machine—yet his defense was inferior to a mere human.

"…I was going to play with you a little longer. But at this rate, I'll have to get serious."

"Raaah!"

Clenching his fists, Rilldo let his aura soar. Winds screamed; dust boiled; metals and fixtures from the streets swarmed toward him, plating onto his body. In moments, they fused with him. His power exploded; even the ground began to tremble.

---

Now Rilldo's whole form gleamed with a metallic sheen. A visor sealed his mouth; his right arm had become a spiraling drill; two mechanical wings flared behind him. The look was almost comical—but his strength had leapt a tier.

Goku glanced up at him, expression steady. "Didn't expect scrap metal to boost you that much. Still… not enough."

Golden ki roared from him; his hair flashed to gold, and a pressure so intense it made the land quake poured from his body.

"Huh? He can transform?" Rilldo stared, taken aback. "That form… the legendary Super Saiyan?"

As Dr. Myuu's creation, he knew well the data on Saiyans.

"Correct. I'm Son Goku, a Super Saiyan. Now—hand over your life!" Goku barked, and in a blink his fist crashed forward with world-breaking force.

"Son Goku…" Rilldo repeated, then roared and met the strike head-on.

The clash shook the sky. Their exchanges were hawk-swift and mountain-crushing; each blow detonated with terrifying power. Even the sky seemed to shiver.

Rilldo seized a timing window—light flared in his palm, a ki beam condensed, and then streaked toward Goku like a meteor.

"Hah!"

A translucent shield snapped around Goku; the beam smashed into it and scattered into motes.

"My turn!"

Goku thrust both palms forward. An immense wave of ki blasted out.

Rilldo spread his hands and conjured a barrier of his own. The wave struck—KABOOM—and the shield shattered. Screaming, Rilldo was hurled down like a meteor.

The impact left a crater hundreds of meters wide.

"Damn it!" Rilldo roared, launching himself skyward again.

"Super Rilldo Straight Punch!" he howled. His drill-arm swelled and spun at ferocious speed, boring down on Goku.

"Tricks," Goku scoffed. A Kamehameha surged from his hands to meet the spinning drill.

Gales howled; ki churned to the horizon. The two forces held, neither yielding.

The sky trembled; the earth cracked; metal trees tore free and were annihilated by the backlash.

"Die!" Seeing the stalemate, Goku snarled. His aura spiked again; power soared; the Kamehameha swelled to more than double. It chewed through Rilldo's drill-arm, shattering it, then slammed into his chest. Rilldo was blasted sky-high and then smashed into the far-off earth with a world-rending detonation. A mushroom cloud towered; devastation rolled out; when the dust finally thinned, a yawning abyss lay revealed.

"Still alive?"

Sensing movement, Goku looked toward the chasm.

Rilldo—battered and scorched—rose from the depths and settled amid the ruins.

"Incredible…" he murmured, gazing up at Goku. Yet instead of dejection, his face shone with a confident arrogance. "Unfortunately for you… on this planet, you can't defeat me."

He raised his left hand. Lightning danced; metallic cables burst from the ground, coiling around him and spearing into his body. Metal fragments spread from his head downward; in moments he was plated head to toe.

The metal liquefied and fused, turning him into a true metal man—a genuine mutant machine. A dreadful aura unfurled; the ground around him promptly sheathed itself in metal, becoming crystal-bright and mirror-smooth.

"This ki… it's strong."

Goku's expression tightened. In this form, Rilldo's aura faintly surpassed his current output.

"No wonder the Goku in the original struggled early on… I didn't expect it to be this strong." He grimaced slightly. "Since my body shrank, I'm not even half as strong as before. Otherwise, at Super Saiyan 1, I wouldn't be weaker than him…"

As he spoke, metal "trees" erupted around his feet, rising in a thicket that quickly enveloped him.

Rilldo's mouth curled into a thin, eerie smile. His body melted into a pool of liquid metal and sank into the ground. The terrain rippled—and in moments a dense metal forest spread in all directions.
