Chapter 111 - Divinity

Atlas knew that when these choices occurred, he could only choose one person. That's why when he was chosen by a god or goddess, no one could refuse him, even though they were allowed to refuse.

Over Atlas's head, a table was formed in which he could choose more than a thousand gods and goddesses.

Atlas made his decision the moment he saw the name of time:

[I cannot give you the power to control time, that belongs only to me, who is time itself...but I can help you obtain the divinity itself].

After reading this message window, it became obvious who he would choose. He turned to the twinkling stars above his head and said calmly, "I'm sorry to all of you, but I choose Chronos."

With these words of Atlas, the surprised expression on Cordelia's face disappeared and all that was left was a face that could hardly keep itself from laughing.

With that, one by one, each star began to disappear from Atlas' head.
