Tokyo city , One of the famous places in Japan. It has good amount of people living in it. Crowded areas and crossroads that give vibes of proper city look, many people walks by , some students , some office workers, some couples, some alone. People wanders in street and roads with or without any destination.
In a City like this, There are many opportunity things and places that make careers for peoples, like there are business , arts ,great employment and profession like singer, athletic and sports, But this are legal paths for normal peoples.
Of course such a big and lively city does have some shady jobs and illegal activity. For example , Loan sharks who take advantage of desperate and poor people by giving them money and then taking more than they give.
Casinos, gambling organization for rich and poor both, even though they have rules like cheating can perma ban and strict action, they themselves does that but no one can prove it.
Protection money, certain areas collects money from teenagers to adults. This is mainly collected in schools, street stalls and convenience stores.
But why no one can stop it, or raise complains? that considered stupid question ask in those places , but the one who sometimes asked that is someone who's new in this city and areas.
The first reason no one does anything or raise complains because all this illegal thing comes under gangsters. Gangsters are the ones who conquer areas as their territories and run those activity. Gangster influence are no jokes, there are everywhere schools, alleys, some do business, some are professionals. Every Gangster in areas has identity like rings and clothes color, They fight among themselves for territories and areas.
The second reason is Black money cycle, those money cycles between gangster and authorities. It just simple, they don't do anything because they are gaining free money without doing anything. They will not do anything unless there is murder case.
The third and biggest reason is Underground Mafia, Every city in Japan has atleast one mafia organization, Every areas gangster that fight between themselves for obtaining more territories falls under mafia, They are main culprit , they are absolute in their City. City minister also falls under them. Such a big organization in every city , why no one cares? Because they handle cities more efficiently than those money hungry geezers who just wants position and money.

All this information was spit out from one of the bullies mouth who's student and also a gang member.
Right now a young man is kneeling on the ground , in front of him standing an unknown person with an eyepatch mask. (guess the character)
Kneeling guy stares at the person who made him miserable with fear and nervousness.
"I told you everything I know , let me go now" he said to the mask person. He cannot look who the person is other than that it is man because of short white hair and that one terrifying blue eye staring down at him , the other one is blocked by a mask.
The maskman is in fact Nex himself, but why does one of a gang member kneeling in front of him?
Let's go back in time.
-Previous night-
The night after reaching home and group chats.
Nex met with another shocking situation.
He can see another system screen other than his normal status window. But something about this one was different. It is not white screen he saw previously, It is black with white text. It's like someone just put negative filter on his normal system.
After that Nex was lost in thoughts what is going on , does he need to inform others about this. He dismissed the idea immediately after reading words on black system panel.

Nex was bewildered by how this system is totally different from the System he receive from System lady.
But He doesn't have luxury nor time to think about why , where , who, what and how. He need to get stronger, three years is impossible to achieve feats for completing the main mission issued by System lady. As for this black screen that appeared out of nowhere to him, he didn't think much because it is providing rewards that make him stronger. He has doubts but the name 'special system owner' text is clue in itself for many reason why he get to see it.
Nex chuckled seeing the quest. Because it was something he was planning to do but it just gave him motivation to do it wholeheartedly.
Irony of it.
Nex close both system and launch himself to bed. He was tired , so much tired. He needed sleep because tomorrow he will start his hunt.
Hunt for bullies.
Starting from his school.
-Next day-
"Yawn" Nex wake up at alarm sound he set in his phone. He ignore group chat. They were discussing their plans on groups. He feel guilty for not telling them about Black System but he dismissed it , if others were given the same thing they would inform in group chat, But they didn't it means he is the only one that has it. But it doesn't matter he tried texting in group about this but text got corrupted every time he send something related to that. He understood this black system is preventing from revealing itself.
He can't do anything.
"Better get going, Need to settle things fast" Nex get up and take quick shower. He finished up dressing school dress after and bid farewell to his home.
Nex is on his way toward his high school, The tokyo high school. It is an ok high school not good not bad. Establish on east areas side of Tokyo. His apartment is near so he can walk school without delay morning time.
Nex stopped walking, his gaze settle on convenience store , more accurately on merchandise that was displaying inside.
He pull out his phone.
I have plenty of time.
Nex enter store and browse the merchandise , his eyes searching for something compatible and he found something good.
He picked it up and stood at cash counter.
"500 yen for merch mask" Lady who was cashier said.
Nex did payment and get out from store.
He looked at the mask that can cover whole mouth and one eye , he smile.
"This should do it"
Nex reached school.
Bell ring for starting class.
He got to his class, Nex doesn't have friends in his class, But he got good grades so teachers don't pester him.
He get looks on his way because he is from russia.
He's used to it.
After finishing class.
he goes straight to principle office. He talk about dropping school, the principle ask for reason but Nex just gave him vague but reasonable explanation and was done with leaving certificate.
Nex stood at high school gate, looking at it final times.
Though I don't have any good memory, it was just necessary to attend schools.
But now my purpose have changed. So it doesn't matter.
Nex begin to walk on his home.
He needed to execute quest faster.
He walks for 10 min and spotted something on alley side.
It was low crowded area, Nex leaned against the wall and sees what is happening.
Six students who has red jacket with crab symbol on backs stood before the kneeling guy who was also a student difference was their build and he wasn't wearing any red jacket like them. It was clear what it was. Bullies.
"To think I am lucky enough to encounter Bullies without searching them" Nex grinned as they he looked at them like they are preys.
He grab mask from his bag and tore school badge from his shirt to not know which school he came from.
I dropped out but who knows they will target some innocents student.
Nex reached out his jacket , it was leathered black, cool and plain , perfect for his style.
Then, He launched himself towards them.
"Oyy you sucker , give us more money you hiding right now" One of the bully who was on center between them, kicking the kneeling student said without any care in slightest.
"I need it for my school fees" student on ground was pleading to them.
"I don't give dam-ARRGH" The bully in center got kicked in his face and his body thrown into nearby wall hitting. He collapsed instantly, blood tricking from his nose and mouth.
"Damn, I need to control my strength" Nex stood between both grounded and bully student.
Other 5 were shocked they didn't see him coming and their leader got thrown like soccer ball.
They were just lackeys , and from the looks of maskman (Nex) in front of them, they know he is not someone they can handle.
They started to run but Nex catch them easily and toss them beside their unconscious leader.
"I will question, you only answer, am I clear?"
They nodded fearfully.
"Whoever you are under or order you to do protection money collecting, Call them" They immediately call their leader who was one of elite member of gang who rules east areas.
Call connected and Nex grab the phone.
"I have your all money your dog has collected, come here if you want them you piece of shit" Then he hang up.
The elite leader came.
But Nex beat him up like potato.
Elite leader reduced to kneeling in front him.
And Nex smile when he saw something he wanted to,
