Inside the tiny room, two CP0 agents, dressed in stark white, lay still in pools of their own blood. Two figures, ghostly and quick, flickered in and out of sight in the air that remained!
"Finger Gun!"
"Finger Gun!"
They both appeared at the same moment, blood streaming from their mouths, as fingers hardened with Haki punched into their opponent's chest.
"Pfft!"
In a flash, they broke apart.
Captain Guernika, with blood dripping from his fingertips, sucked in a shaky breath. His eyes darted towards his comrade, badly hurt and lying on the floor. The shock he felt was overwhelming.
Roya is much stronger than we thought!
Roya was covered in blood, with several bloody holes marking his body. Fighting three enemies in such a small space, while trying not to damage the room too much, was proving difficult.
His enemies were CP0, the World Government's most powerful intelligence force!
Still, a bit disappointing!
Roya flicked the blood from his fingers, his eyes cold as they locked onto the CP0 Captain. "Is this all CP0 can offer?"
"..."
Guernika's eyes narrowed.
CP0 was known as the Celestial Dragons' shield, and their power was far greater than this. The strength of the three of them was just the beginning.
"You three cannot kill me with your power. Leave now, take your man, and I will let you go."
Roya stated this calmly, giving them a last chance. He hated the Celestial Dragons, but he didn't feel any anger towards the CP Agents.
They were just tools.
Guernika lowered his head slightly. "Thank you, but we cannot return without finishing our mission."
Even facing death, they couldn't abandon their mission.
There was no turning back for assassins!
"Shave!"
Guernika vanished!
Roya stood still, waiting quietly. Then, Guernika reappeared in front of him, his Finger Gun aimed at Roya's neck.
"Iron Body!"
"Clang!"
The Finger Gun hit Roya's dark neck, but this time it couldn't pierce his muscle. Instead, the finger bent backward at a strange angle!
Roya stared coldly at Guernika and slowly raised his hand.
"Your Haki is weak."
"..."
Guernika pulled back his bent finger, said nothing, and silently straightened his hat, waiting for what was coming.
The moment he realized he couldn't kill Roya, he knew what would happen. This was the assassin's fate.
"Finger Gun: Yellow Lotus!"
Instantly, more than a dozen bloody holes appeared in his chest.

Outside the tent.
"The fight is over!"
Smoker and the others stared at the tent, sensing that the battle was done, but they didn't know who had won. The energy inside had been too chaotic.
"Whoosh..."
The tent flaps flew open.
Roya stepped out, covered in fresh blood. He looked at his crew, who were waiting for him. His gaze was chilling. "Let's go! Arrest everyone in the Donquixote Family!"
He couldn't wait any longer!
Roya couldn't know if Doflamingo would call in more CP0 agents. Even without all the answers, he had to begin the attack.
"Understood!"
The others responded loudly.
Their missions had already been decided, and they knew the Don Quixote Family leaders well. The only unknown was where Sugar was hiding.
However, they knew where the Underground Port was - beneath the Corrida Colosseum - and where the Don Quixote Family headquarters were: the King's Plateau.
All they had to do was take those two places!
The Marines' advance was clear to Viola. Even through the image she was watching, she could see how determined the Marines were.
Tears ran down her face.
"Viola, did Roya lose?!"
One of the Executives asked, his voice echoing in her ears.
Viola wiped away her tears. A bright smile, hidden for so long, appeared on her face. "No, Roya won. He's leading the Marines toward the King's Plateau!"
"What?!"
The Executives broke into a cold sweat.
"Is he crazy?!"
Now, Roya's plan was clear. He was openly breaking the agreement with the Seven Warlords and coming after them.
"Young Master, what do we do?!"
"Fufufufu, don't panic!"
Doflamingo's face was twisted, his smile a bit strange.
Since he started the Donquixote Family, no one had ever pushed him this far. That Roya was trying to kill him!
"Gather the troops and destroy the Marines!"
"Yes!"
War was coming, but if they thought he was an easy target, they were wrong!
"Fufufufu, how interesting!"
Doflamingo laughed as he stood up and walked to the top floor of the Royal Palace. He would wait there for Roya to challenge him.

Corrida Colosseum.
In the Arena, gladiators fell one after another, leaving only Riku Doldo and Yamato.
Riku Doldo asked quickly, "You work for Roya, right? What are the Marines trying to do?"
"Do? I think it's to beat a bad guy named Doflamingo!"
Yamato wasn't sure either. After joining the Marines, she hadn't been given a specific job, and Roya hadn't told her the details of the plan.
She would just have to see what happened.
"Something's wrong! It's the Marines!"
"Marines are all over the arena!"
"What do you want, Marines!"
Suddenly, the Arena was in chaos. Marines flooded the arena, arresting all the staff.
Yamato's eyes lit up, and she grabbed her Wolf Fang Club.
"Uncle, get back!"
"What are you going to do?"
Riku Doldo didn't understand, but he moved away.
Spinning her Wolf Fang Club to build power, Yamato jumped into the air.
Roya had only given her one order: once the Marines surrounded the Arena, attack the Arena below with all her strength.
"Howling Arrow!"
She swung the Wolf Fang Club down as hard as she could. A powerful shockwave, easy to see, slammed into the center of the Arena, shattering it completely. The shockwave continued downwards!
"Boom!!!"
The entire Arena and the ground below broke apart and fell, leaving a huge hole. Far below, a large space could be seen.
"It's the Underground Factory!"
Riku Doldo felt a rush of joy.
He was now sure that he could trust the Marines.
"Leo, Wicca!"
"Yes!"
Two Tontatta, who had been hiding in Riku Doldo's cape, immediately popped out, looking very excited.
Their tribe had been enslaved by the Don Quixote Family and forced to work in the Underground Factory day and night.
The chance to save their tribe had finally come!
"Help that girl and find Sugar!"
"Leave it to us!"
The two jumped onto Yamato, grabbed her hair, and shouted, "Human, we are the Tontatta Tribe! We have suffered under the Don Quixote Family! Please let us fight with you!"
"You guys are so small!"
Yamato picked up the two, curious. It was the first time she had seen Tontatta. Seeing their determined eyes, she smiled and nodded.
"Alright, let's fight together!"
"Yeah!"
The two nodded eagerly, pointing to the large hole below.
"The key to this war is an Executive named Sugar! She uses her power to turn thousands of people into Toys! If you defeat her and undo the Toy's curse, the Don Quixote Family's crimes will be revealed to the world!"
"Then let's go now!"
Yamato jumped into the hole with the two of them.
She remembered the name Sugar. Roya had told her not to touch any girl around the age of ten, or she might be turned into a Toy.
Besides, she remembered that Sugar seemed to be the Marine's main target. If she defeated Sugar, Roya would be surprised.

King's Plateau.
Roya stood at the entrance to the Royal Palace, looking up at the Palace on the Plateau and feeling the powerful energy at the very top.
"Waiting for me, Doflamingo?"
Roya used Moon Walk and flew towards the top of the Royal Palace.
He couldn't refuse such an invitation!
