The girls offered him snacks. He some of them, but he got an idea. He saw these girls as treasure troves. He is going to sell what he is going to make to these girls. They may have so many galleons and their families are rich. Furthermore, all of them are doted since they're the only children in the family. Roy felt like he is cheating little girls but he brainwashed himself he isn't doing anything bad. Right?
Roy listened to their chatter until the sky darkened. He is already in his robes. Taking his wand he cast a spell to fresh up. Unlike scourgify, this spell cleans the dirt and sweat on your body along with clothes you're wearing giving a bath like sensation but it can only be used on human body and nothing else not even pets. Although he spend some time making this spell and few false attempts which almost shredded his clothes.
He then said," I'll wait outside you can change into robes ", the girls nodded while he got out. They turned the blinds and changed into robes. After the train stopped they got out to see a giant shouting," first years, first years follow me. follow me quickly ", all first years followed hagrid with some fear. They arrived at the pier and boarded four persons per boat.
Lavender, Susan and Hannah boarded the same boat with Roy. The patil twins and Nevile left with Hermione Granger who looked like she is holding a little grudge against Roy. All students arrived at the big castle through the boats. Hagrid knocked on the castle door with his fist and Filch opened it.
As they followed Hagrid into the castle, McGonagall appeared on the stairs. She looked at freshman while Hagrid said," professor McGonagall, the first years ma'am ", McGonagall nodded and said," thank you hagrid, I'll take it from here ".
McGonagall looked at freshman and said," welcome to Hogwarts. Before the feast, you'll be sorted into your house. Hogwarts has four houses, Griffyndoor, Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff and Slytherin. During your time at Hogwarts, your house will be like your family. Your diligence and hardwork brings your house points, and mischief along with mistakes will deduct. At the end of each year, the house with the highest number of points will get the house cup "," TREVOR".
McGonagall is going to continue when Neville looking at the frog near her feet shouted and moved forward to grab it. McGonagall gave him a stern look. " Sorry ", Neville apologised and get back to the crowd amidst the laughter while McGonagall said," now before the sorting ceremony, some of you need to tidy yourselves a bit. Wait here, I'll be back ".
She then walked away while Draco Malfoy appeared," so it's true, what they're saying in the train. Harry Potter has finally come to Hogwarts", he stretched his hand and said," I'm Malfoy, Draco Malfoy ".
*Pfft* Ron held back his laughter but made a sound that attracted Draco. He looked at Ron with displeasure and disgust before saying," you think my name's funny do you?. No need to ask yours, red hair and a hand me down robe. You must be a Weasley ".
He then turned to Harry and stretched his hand before saying," you will realise soon that some families are better than the others, potter. You need to careful not to make friends with the wrong sort. I can help you help you with that ".
Harry said with a serious look," thanks, but I think I can tell the wrong sort myself ", McGonagall tapped him on shoulder while Draco looked at Harry and Ron with a cold gaze and walked away. McGonagall said," follow me ", they followed her into the great hall.
Then saw a dirty on a stool, it started singing an ugly song calling them to be fools, then dragged itself, explained the houses and praised the founders. Roy looked at the sorting hat with amusement. After the song ended, McGonagall started calling their names.
Hannah abott is the first and she is sorted into Hufflepuff. Lavender to Griffyndoor along with Parvati Patil and Hermione. Padma Patil is sent to Ravenclaw. Susan Bones is sorted into Hufflepuff. As usual the sorting continued. The saviour Harry Potter is sorted into Griffyndoor. Then Roy's name is called.
Miller, Roy.
Roy walked towards the sorting hat. His mask is not on his face since McGonagall gave him a stern gaze outside the great hall. So naturally, veela blood started doing it's thing.
" Woah, look after him. He is cute ".
" I think I found my long lost little brother ".
" Do you think he likes older females? ".
" I'm confident in my looks. He will fall for me ".
" Wow, i think I found my past life love ".
" Dream on, he is mine ".
Noisy atomosphere appeared. Roy sat on the stool while the sorting hat felt his thoughts," Ravenclaw, Ravenclaw, Ravenclaw ", the sorting hat jumped and again started looking into his mind," Ravenclaw, Ravenclaw, Ravenclaw ".
Finally it sighed and said," boy listen to me ", but still the same. Ravenclaw is keep on echoing in the boy's mind. The sorting hat rtedi pursuading for a minutes before saying with an exhausted tone," ok, Ravenclaw. There Happy, now you can go ".
Ravenclaw has individual rooms. For him, this is needed. He isn't going to share rooms with anyone. He needs to have privacy. Roy smiled and go up the Ravenclaw table amidst the cheers. Padma Patil is waiting for him there, she reserved a place specially for him.
Other house girls looked a bit disappointed. Roy smiled and sat beside Padma Patil. Then Roy turned to see Cassandra who is looking at him like she wants to tear him apart. Her eyes are cold and her teeth are grinding. Roy waved his hand while she gave him a grudging smile. Did he push her too hard?
Roy doesn't know due to his influence she spent more time duelling and imagining how she is going to trample him under her feet. Of course it's her dream, she can't beat Roy with his current strength.
