Chapter 58 - 58 - Azuma Shoyo Surrounded by Beauties! Not Human! Conan’s Killed!

The shattered warehouse wall took a second beating, but when Cavil-verine stormed back inside, the two people he'd been chasing were gone.

"Hmph! Lucky you ran fast!" Cavil-verine growled.

Outside a small cabin in a forest, Deadpool emerged from a portal and swaggered toward an old Wolverine sitting at the doorstep—Old Man Logan.

"Hey! I've got a world that needs saving," Deadpool said, sticking to his usual pitch. But when Old Man Logan looked up, Deadpool sighed. "Okay, maybe we should slap some moisturizer on that face first. Got any around here?"

Before he finished, a gunshot rang out. Deadpool, mid-ramble, was blasted backward!

"I knew it," Azuma Shoyo muttered, stepping out of his own dimensional portal. No surprise there.

"Get off my property!" Old Man Logan roared.

This old geezer's temper was as fiery as ever. Deadpool flipped up from the ground with a carp leap, brushing grass off his backside. He flipped Old Man Logan the bird, then dove into a portal just as the old man raised his gun again.

Azuma Shoyo didn't leave right away. He unleashed his super hearing, letting the sounds of the entire planet flood his mind. Well, damn—this was a world where mutants had gone extinct. Old Man Logan was holed up in these woods to escape human hunters.

Another bust. Azuma Shoyo was getting used to this.

He turned, opened a new dimensional portal, and stepped through. Old Man Logan glanced at where they'd vanished, showing no interest in the sudden arrivals and departures. Maybe his heart had died long ago.

Emerging from yet another portal, Azuma Shoyo didn't even get a chance to take in his surroundings before a green fist swung at his head. Reflexively, he raised a hand to block it, feeling the immense force behind the blow. His eyes lit up.

Here it was! This was what he'd been looking for!

He looked up at the green behemoth in front of him. The Hulk!

"Hey! How you doing?" Azuma Shoyo grinned at the Hulk.

The response? Another fist.

Bang! A figure went flying—but it wasn't Azuma Shoyo. It was the rude Hulk.

Ignoring the Hulk he'd just punched away, Azuma Shoyo checked the system prompt in his mind.

Ding!

[Would you like to extract a character entry from the target "Hulk"?]

[Detected that the target "Hulk" possesses multiple character entries. Please select one to extract!]

Whoosh!

A list unfolded before his eyes.

[Infinite Rage]

[Your anger knows no bounds. As your rage increases, your strength surges exponentially!]

[Green Giant]

[You are a green giant, your entire body—save your hair—cloaked in green. You possess immense strength, able to lift 10,000 tons with one hand, and your skin is nearly indestructible, capable of withstanding a 10,000-ton equivalent nuclear blast!]

[Split Personality]

[You have two personalities, and they're completely at odds with each other!]

It was the Hulk, not Bruce Banner. Azuma Shoyo eyed the three entries.

The third one? Trash—straight to the ignore pile. No benefits, just a massive drawback. Who'd want a personality that hated them? Not Azuma Shoyo!

The first and second entries were both solid. But he didn't fancy turning into a green giant, so he picked the first: [Infinite Rage]. This was the Hulk's most overpowered ability, the key to his insane strength.

In his base form, the Hulk's power varied by version—sometimes strong, sometimes weak. But with [Infinite Rage], as long as his anger kept climbing, he'd eventually reach a level that could destroy anything. Normally, though, he'd get knocked out before that happened to keep his rage from spiraling out of control.

The Hulk Azuma Shoyo had just sent flying had a base strength of 10,000 tons—pretty decent. Not quite the billion-ton comic version, but far from the weakest Hulk. And as his anger spiked, that strength could skyrocket. One second it's 10,000 tons, the next it could be 100,000!

Roar—

In the distance, the Hulk Azuma Shoyo had punched away came charging back, face twisted in fury. He barreled forward, smashing through everything in his path.

Bang! With a leap, the Hulk soared hundreds of meters into the air, delivering a plummeting, rage-fueled fist toward Azuma Shoyo below.

Azuma Shoyo looked up and threw a punch of his own. The massive green fist met his smaller one, and the air rippled. The shockwave blasted outward, instantly sending a nearby Wolverine and Deadpool flying.

Rumble—

Dust clouded the air as trees were uprooted. Through the haze, a figure emerged. Azuma Shoyo stepped out, dragging a dazed Hulk by one hand. With a flick, he tossed him aside.

Bang! The Hulk crashed heavily in front of Wolverine.

Wolverine, shaking his head as he got up, stared at the Hulk—who kept failing to stand—then gaped at Azuma Shoyo in the distance. This kid… was that strong?

In truth, the enraged Hulk's strength had spiked to around 50,000 tons. Too bad he was up against Azuma Shoyo, whose base strength was 1.7 million tons. Plus, Azuma Shoyo had just extracted [Infinite Rage]. He'd tested it out, thinking of a few things to piss himself off. His 1.7 million tons jumped to 3 million—more than enough to school the Hulk with ease.

Turning his head, Azuma Shoyo noticed Deadpool had slipped away in the chaos. With his goal achieved, he waved at the Hulk—who was just getting up—grinning as the green giant roared. He opened a dimensional portal and vanished under the Hulk's furious glare.

"Quit yelling—he's gone," Wolverine muttered, digging at his ear.

The next second—

Bang!
