"This is impossible!!!"

Three voices echoed at the same time.

Madelyn was certain Norin wasn't one of Vought's experiments. Although the company secretly researched superhumans like Homelander and even cultivated a group of babies with varying levels of heat vision, Homelander was still the only one who truly possessed the ability.

Homelander hadn't expected Norin to have the same heat vision as him, with nearly identical power and color.

"Damn it! Who the hell are you?!" Homelander roared, his voice filled with rage and disbelief.

He had always believed he was unique and invincible. But Norin's appearance made him feel threatened—threatened with being replaced.

Someone else had heat vision. This couldn't be allowed. He wouldn't let anyone share his abilities.

Homelander unleashed his heat vision wildly, his eyes growing tired and overheated from the excessive use.

But Norin didn't back down. He was a genuine Kryptonian. How could he be outdone by someone like Homelander in his own specialty?

Even though Norin had only been exposed to Earth's sun for a short time, his potential was growing rapidly. He had the same abilities and potential as Kara, and he spent more time under the sun than she did.

While he might not match Henry Cavill's Superman in sustained power, in short bursts, he wasn't afraid of Homelander.

"Damn it! You're going to die here!" Homelander shouted, abandoning his heat vision and charging into close combat.

As this universe version of Superman, Homelander had never doubted his strength. When it came to raw physical power, he claimed to be second to none.

Even Soldier Boy, his equal in strength, was slightly inferior.

Norin wanted to test his own physical strength too.

In the cramped corridor, the Kryptonian and the Homelander began a cross-universe brawl. Fist met fist, foot met foot. There was no technique involved—just raw power.

Both possessed superhuman physiques, with strength and defense unmatched in The Boys Universe. One was a Kryptonian who had just overcome his weakness under a yellow sun, and the other was a pirated version of Superman.

Since Norin lacked extensive combat training and Homelander had never bothered to learn proper techniques, the fight came down to brute strength. Whoever had greater power and better defense would gain the upper hand.

This led to a stalemate, with neither side gaining a clear advantage. The fight looked intense and professional, but in reality, it was a pure clash of strength.

The visual impact alone was enough to shock Madelyn and Queen Maeve. They had never imagined such a scene—an unknown Asian-looking boy fighting on equal terms with Homelander.

This was Homelander, the most powerful superhero. Since when could some random person stand toe-to-toe with him? And it seemed Norin wasn't at a disadvantage at all.

As for Homelander?

Although he wasn't losing, the high-intensity combat was breaking him mentally. If anyone was most affected by this scene, it was Homelander.

He, who claimed to be the strongest, now faced an opponent with the same abilities and strength as him. This was outrageous.

All three of his core beliefs were being shattered.

At this moment, Homelander even had a terrible thought. Could this man be a superhuman Vought Corporation had created to replace him? How else could he explain someone with the same abilities and strength as him?

Homelander began to question himself. Had he gone too far recently, forcing the company to spend a fortune on damage control?

But they didn't have to replace him outright! He was willing to listen now. He'd never act out again, he promised.

While Homelander's mental state crumbled, Norin remained calm. In fact, he was improving during the fight, even refining his combat skills. Gradually, Homelander began to falter.

Seeing the situation turning against him, Homelander, on the verge of a breakdown, flew up and escaped through the window. But what infuriated him even more was that Norin could fly too.

"Damn it! He's here to replace me. I can't just sit here and wait for death!"

"Madelyn! Help me!" Homelander shouted.

He pinned his hopes on Madelyn. As a senior executive at Vought, he believed she could stop this madness.

But Madelyn was just as confused. She had no idea what was happening. This scene not only shattered Homelander's confidence but also left her reeling.

Oh, right—she needed to stop this fight. So far, only the Vought building had been destroyed, but if this continued, the consequences would be catastrophic.

She could already imagine the headlines tomorrow: Homelander, Member of The Seven, Chased and Beaten, Crying in the Streets.

No! Vought would be ruined! She'd be ruined too!

Madelyn quickly contacted Stan Edgar, the head of Vought Corporation.

When Edgar learned that there was a man with the same abilities as Homelander had beaten him to the point of begging for mercy and fleeing, his first thought was: 'Is today April Fools' Day?'

Then he wondered if someone had betrayed the company and was conducting illegal experiments.

Had they created another Homelander? This would deal a massive blow to Vought's public image.

'Idiots! Who the hell is doing this behind my back?'

Did they even consider how much effort it took to control someone as powerful as Homelander?

Edgar, usually calm and composed, even in the face of Homelander's rage, was now panicking. The sky was falling.

"Madelyn, contact the other members of The Seven immediately. Have them help Homelander capture that man! And remember—I want him alive!"

"He wasn't sent by you?" Madelyn asked, confused.

"No! He's likely our enemy. Capture him, and I'll pry the truth out of him. If that doesn't work, I'll kill him on the spot!"

"Understood!"

Madelyn quickly contacted the other members of the Super Seven, ordering them to assemble and suppress the intruder.

When the others arrived, bewildered, they saw Norin beating Homelander to a pulp. Everyone froze.

'Is this real?'

'Is there really someone who can beat up Homelander?'

They heard Madelyn's orders to help Homelander subdue the intruder. They exchanged glances, then looked at Norin, his face fierce and his fists bloodied. Their hearts raced.

"Uh… my stomach hurts. I don't think I can do this."

"Can we talk about this? Let me go to the bathroom first, okay?"

"I'll stop the intruder once I feel better."

The reputation of the Homelander was like the shadow of a tree—his strength was undeniable. The Seven were supposedly the strongest group of heroes, but in reality, Homelander called the shots.

No one dared to defy him. His strength alone could crush the other five members combined. And he was ruthless—he'd kill without hesitation.

But now, this man was beating Homelander to a pulp. Judging by his brutal demeanor, he wasn't holding back. They didn't want any part of this.

However, under pressure from the company, they reluctantly pushed the responsibility onto each other and slowly moved forward.

When Homelander saw help arriving, he was overjoyed. His desperate, pleading demeanor vanished, replaced by his usual arrogance.

"Damn it, you're dead today!" he snarled.
