Chapter 16 - Chapter 16 – The Exclusive Deal

The buzz after the red carpet premiere hadn't faded yet, but Ryan was already thinking ahead.

What started as a one-time collaboration with L&X had turned into something more impressive — smooth deliveries, flawless designs, and a level of professionalism even he couldn't deny.

Every time an AR celebrity appeared in L&X pieces, the internet went into a frenzy.

Headlines praised the "perfect fusion of fashion and media," while L&X's following exploded overnight.

Ryan called for a meeting.

📍L&X Headquarters – Private Meeting Room

Lia stood by the glass wall, arms crossed, looking down at the cityscape. She wore an L&X original — tailored pants and a silk blouse — the very image of calm elegance.

Ryan entered, dressed in a navy blue suit, holding a file in one hand.

Ryan:

"I've seen enough. L&X doesn't just fit AR Entertainment's image — it defines it."

Lia raised a brow, intrigued.

Lia:

"Flattery? That's unlike you."

Ryan smiled faintly as he took a seat across from her.

Ryan:

"Let's make it official. I want AR Entertainment to use L&X exclusively for all styling needs — premieres, music videos, talk shows, magazine covers. No other brand involved."

Lia blinked, genuinely surprised by the boldness of the offer.

Lia:

"That's a big decision. You're talking about a full lifestyle contract."

Ryan:

"I know what I'm doing."

He pushed the file toward her. Inside were clean, precise terms — a long-term partnership deal between L&X and AR Entertainment. It wasn't just about clothes anymore — it included L&X's upcoming makeup line, handbags, and custom footwear too.

Lia looked over the proposal in silence. It was fair. Smart. And ambitious.

She finally set the papers down.

Lia:

"You trust my brand that much?"

Ryan (calmly):

"I trust your work. And your vision."

A beat passed. Silence settled again — professional, but not cold.

Lia reached forward and picked up the pen. Without another word, she signed the agreement.

Lia:

"Then it's official. L&X is yours — but only professionally."

Ryan chuckled.

Ryan:

"That's all I asked for."

They shook hands — firm, confident, and grounded in mutual respect. No emotions. No confessions. Just two creators sealing a future together through their work.

As Ryan walked out of the L&X building, the city lights reflected in the glass around him. The deal was done.

What he didn't realize — yet — was that the deeper he stepped into Lia's world again…

the harder it would be to leave it.

But for now, it was business. Nothing more.
