Hamar dodged the monstrous blobs, occasionally he would be scraped by the end of an attack. Some physical, some super-powered.
"All superficial" Hamar tapped his body, inspecting for any major hits. He was still hopeful, he just needed to wait a little longer.
He flashed a look at the two blobs, without a sane consciousness they simply moved directly towards Hamar, he didn't need to anticipate anything; they didn't plan.
Suddenly, one of them teleported behind him, some unknown emotion it had not used previously. It slapped a tentacle into Hamar, then an explosion occured and shit Hamar flying through the air.
Simultaneously, the other blob shot out a blinding light. For a moment, Hamar was completely unconscious; the damage to the consciousness and lack of stimulus kept him unaware.
Quickly, he snapped out of the stupor from an application of Hope; an enhancement of thinking.
"BREAK!" he escaped the mindscape and was once again back in reality, far away from the monstrosities.
"At the end, they used completely new powers, they must've ran out of some emotions and tapped into new ones...."
Hamar held his temple in pain, "this might be worse though, I could run away from those last powers; these new ones are much more troublesome."
"I'll just do the minimum, and at any sign of attack I'll leave the mindscape. As long as I keep a distance in reality, they can't harm me."

Zhou Tian opened his eyes, "I did it, I'm ready."
He looked around, "What th–" what he expected to see was Hou protecting him from the figures but instead, all of them was flaccid.
He gained hope when he saw them awake, but soon after they went asleep once more. And even more peculiar, "Who are you?"
There was a small boy, just watching on. His feet seemed to be merged with the sky which was rippling under his body.
He looked to Zhou Tian, "I know you..." He slammed a fist into his palm, "You're one of the early shamans in the False World!"
Zhou Tian tried to parse his words, 'False World, he knows about that...early shamans, spirit master?' he thought.
The boy nodded, "I'm a benefactor of your world, the False one. Last I heard you had died, but now it seems..." He seemed to look through Zhou Tian, "You got help by *them*? But now working with Hou?"
"It's a...complicated issue," he turned to Hou, "Shouldn't I be helping him, aren't we going to destroy them and let the False World survive?"
The boy shook his head from side to side, thinking, "I think the boy has another plan. Just let him work through it first, I heard there was another person here; go help them."
"Hamar?"
"Yes, them."
Zhou Tian stood up to leave when he turned to the boy, "Can I ask you something?"
"Sure"
"I heard their reasoning, is it wrong? Are we really putting worlds at risk by surviving?"
"..." The boy didn't answer for a moment, then he looked down, "We all have blood on our hands, one doesn't gain power without it, or if one does it won't stay clean much longer." He looked back up into Zhou Tian's eyes, "You know this, being a leader is about risks and sacrifices. We risk it all and may sacrifice many, but if that means the war is won...is that wrong?"
"A fight to survive, it does sound right, doesn't it? I hope you and Hou know what you're doing, thank you...whoever you are really."

Hamar initiated the mindscape, and ran around being chased by the two blobs of mass bursting with unidentified powers. Shortly, he was just to be hit–
"BREAK!" he shouted out, and from just about to be hit, he woke back in reality safely at a distance from the figures.
Before they started to move, he braced his mind and was ready to initiate the mindscape again when from behind he hears a voice.
"Wait!" Zhou Tian flew over, "Let me help, Hou has already told me about the mindscapes and I've learnt my powers."
"What about Hou? Shouldn't you be protecting him?" Hamar said in both worry and exasperation; he didn't have much time to worry but even still it would help him if he knew he was safe.
"He's fine, don't worry. He's busy doing something himself...there's someone else watching over him anyway."
"Someone els–¿" Hamar's question was cut off as the lost-control figures awoke from the mindscape and began raging. Luckily, without lucidity they couldn't use Causality with any skill.
Zhou Tian ignored Hamar's last question, "What's the plan?"
Hamar pinched the bridge of his nose, he'll ask later, "Just wear them down in the mindscape. Hurt them as much as possible, if not just let them tire out. They can't think. They just need to die in their one more time maybe."
Zhou Tian nodded, "I've got a power for this, but I'll need help bringing out the corresponding emotion. Can you help?"
Hamar nodded, "INITIATE" he said it not like the other times though, he said it in both a friendly and aggressive tone. One was aimed at Zhou Tian, the other at the figures.
In the mindscape,
The monstrous figures instantly began raging, emotions bursting into brilliant flames and powers. At the same time Zhou Tian shouted to Hamar.
"Scare me!"
Instantly, without even thinking, Hamar's face dropped and like a trained assassin he shot his blade towards Zhou Tian's neck.
His eyes flashed, chains shot out from Zhou Tian's back and they wrapped themselves around Hamar, pulling his arm back.
He shook, "Thank you, I just needed a quick start, I'll hold them back as much as I can!"
His shaking fist moved outwards and the chains loosened around Hamar's body, they moved like snakes at his command.
Then Zhou Tian angled them outwards towards the raging monsters, "I'm not sure how long they'll hold, if you have any emotional powers that's useful I would suggest trying to invoke them!"
The chain snakes launched at speed, as they moved on the air they lengthened. Then they lurched onto the two figures blurry cadavers and constructed.
