For some reason I didn't find it gross-- devouring the poor lycans heart. My body craved for it, I just couldn't understand and I didn't bother to ask C.C
The woods went silent once again, I couldn't believe how I survived such a horrific event. Face to face with death and torture.

I stared at the screen, all my body in deep mess, blood stains and torn clothes, I was almost naked.

Shock took the better part of me just by reading what the system showed me. This was too much but to be honest I felt so happy.

I pondered on what choice to make but at the same time I was anxious to see how it works. I accepted C.C offer as the floating screen brought out a gem.
It floated on my palm as it emitted rays of light, lilac in color.

"Great, all I just need to do is kill and absorb", I laughed. Time to absorb all these wolves. The sun was already rising and I needed to be out of there.
The Armageddon began to glow, spinning at the same time, the soul of the wolves were still within, in just a few minutes, it absorbed all life force from the deceased beast.

Staring at the rising sun, all I felt was fulfillment and power. Mana flowing through my veins, everything about me was now in the next level.
*U can make cloth out of the fur of the wolves which lay dead before u and u can also store their dead body in ur space gallery*
C.C persuaded me as I saw that as a great idea, rather than leaving these creatures here-- all dead, I needed them, in case of anything.
I stretched out my hands just to give the command and it actually worked.

My eyes were now fixed on my body as an ask-like fur from nowhere began to cover my body, forming a cloak.
The image of those unknown memories were still fresh in my head. "Hey C.C, is it possible that I can have memories that aren't mine?" I asked just to be sure.

There was no doubt about C.C last words, even I, myself can't comprehend what had occurred.
I haven't even tested a new realm but the power I felt wanted to drive me insane. But deep down I knew I was far from being strong.
On foot-- I rushed home with vampire speed. Which was now in the next level, i didn't even fulfill my goal of my night walk but this night was more of a night hunt.
My body felt lighter than usual.fokwing through the air like I was some bunch of leaves carried by wind.
The sky was already enlightened when I finally arrived home. Going through the door was a dumb move which I earnestly avoided.
"Thank goodness, I left my window open." I felt relieved for not making such a mistake.
I opened my window and dived into my room, just to hear the my mum knock on the door.
"Honey!! Are u awake?" A voice behind the door, sounded worried.
It was 6:25Am.
Luckily for me, I only have to go to work. I just hope that it won't be as hectic as always, customers and their prideful habit.
After I had breakfast which was after I finished dressing, time wasn't by my side any longer. I needed to leave the house as soon as possible.

"What would u like me to offer ma?" I questioned one of our prestigious customers.
"Ohh dear, you don't need to ask, bring my usual", the elegant lady requested, giving me a luring smile.
"Your usual coming right up!!, please be patient" I noted-- making my way back to the counter.
Work today was really rough and tough, we had more customers than usual and it made we the workers joyful, I am a bar attendant but even at that, I wasn't a fan of drinking.
Rounding up my work for the day, I cleaned up the bar, it has always been in a mess after the day runs out.
Someone suddenly walked in, he looked like his was in his teens, like he was 15, what is someone like him doing in a bar but this time?
"Excuse me, we have closed for the day." I said, approaching him with a faint smile.
My co-worker who was closer to him, stopped him from approaching the counter.
"Please sir, u are not supposed to be here, it is already late and--"
"...I will double the amount, just let me stay and have a drink" the stranger didn't even allow my co-worker finish his statement before he gave us such an exclusive offer.
"... O-ok, if u insist." Charles hesitated at first but he thought of it, if the young boy doubled the amount, it would be an extra money that our head staff won't know about. My co-worker saw this as an opportunity and he wanted to grab it.
Charles turned over to me-- I already knew what was going to happen so we were both in this, I continued cleaning while Charles served the young boy who didn't seem to look good
"Sir, if I may ask, why are u out here by this time, it is probably late for someone your age to be moving about." Charles questioned the young boy, waiting for response.
The young boy looks over to Charles as he replied with a very calm tone, almost like as if he was whispering.
"I didn't mean to be out here by this time, u see-- I am in some kind of situation and all I need right now is some bottles of drink to calm myself."
Charles became puzzled, confusion written all over his face, what kind of mess has he gotten himself into? Charles must of thought of it over and over
All I did on the other end was to clean up and I was already done with my work. Just before I could take off my apron to officially close for the day and head back home, a group of guys walked in majestically.
The atmosphere changed, deep within I know that something was wrong. I have to find out what was going on.
