Anbu Arc:
The Fourth Hokage takes office, forcefully assumes control of the Anbu, purges old members, and persuades members of various clans to join the Anbu.
Kumogakure sends envoys to Konoha to propose an alliance to end conflicts, but harbors sinister intentions, having already colluded with Danzo. At the alliance meeting, Kumogakure demands Konoha hand over Veigar. Danzo and the two elders second the motion, the Third Hokage abstains, and the Fourth Hokage objects.
Veigar makes a strong appearance, slays the Kumogakure envoy. Danzo uses inciting war as an excuse, but Veigar confidently retorts, making a military pledge that war will not break out.
Veigar travels to the border, single-handedly holding off three thousand Kumogakure ninja. He battles the Raikage and Killer B again, displaying extraordinary strength in a full-power fight. The Raikage is gravely wounded and rescued by Killer B, while all three thousand Kumogakure ninja are annihilated.
Danzo, the mantis stalking the cicada, strikes from behind. Veigar battles Root again, severely wounds Danzo, who flees. Upon returning to Konoha, Veigar leads the Anbu to infiltrate Root, exposing Danzo's crimes. Public outrage erupts, the Fourth Hokage issues a kill order, and the Third Hokage secretly advises Danzo to defect. From then on, Danzo is reviled by all, to the great satisfaction of the people.
Shisui becomes Veigar's disciple. Kakashi and Rin are sent to Mount Myōboku to learn Senjutsu, both to enhance their strength and for their protection.
Veigar travels to Roran to bring Sara to Konoha.
Nine-Tails Arc:
On the night Kushina gives birth, Danzo secretly conspires with Masked Man (Obito, persuaded by Madara) to attack, resulting in the death of the Third Hokage's wife and the unsealing of the Nine-Tails. Veigar battles Danzo again, slaying him body and soul. The Fourth Hokage battles Obito in a master-disciple confrontation.
In Death God Mode, Veigar splits the Nine-Tails in half, creating two jinchūriki, mother and child. Itachi Uchiha graduates and is taken as Veigar's second disciple.
Veigar collaborates with Fugaku to reform the Uchiha Clan, turning the wheel of fate.
In year 56, the protagonist marries Sara. The following year, they have twins, who perfectly inherit the Phenomenal Evil Body bloodline and also possess the ability to control the Ryūmyaku.
Graduation Arc:
Naruto and Sasuke graduate. Kakashi becomes their supervising Jonin, forming Team 7. The protagonist meets with Orochimaru. Sasuke rebels and leaves Konoha, becoming Orochimaru's disciple. The specific plot remains largely unchanged.
Shippuden Arc:
Their children enroll in the Academy. Veigar resigns as Anbu Commander, returning authority to the Fourth Hokage, becoming a Hokage assistant, moving from the shadows into the open.
Sasuke returns with his Cursed Seal. The battle between brothers. Orochimaru uses the Impure World Reincarnation to revive and returns to Konoha.
Jiraiya perishes while investigating Amegakure. Pain attacks Konoha, but is stopped by Veigar outside the village. Nagato dies, and Veigar seizes the Rinnegan.
Fourth Great Ninja War Arc:
Masked Man takes over the Akatsuki. The Five Kage Summit is held, the Fourth Great Ninja War is declared, and the Allied Shinobi Forces are assembled.
The Fourth Great Ninja War begins. White Zetsu clones infiltrate the Allied Forces. Madara Uchiha is reanimated and reappears in the world. The protagonist does not intervene. The Five Kage battle Madara Uchiha. Obito's identity is exposed. The Team Minato trio battles. Black Zetsu manipulates Obito to revive Madara Uchiha.
The Tailed Beasts are extracted. Six Paths Madara appears. Might Guy and his father battle Six Paths Madara, but cannot deliver the final blow. The Tailed Beasts are reclaimed and resealed.
Six Paths Madara absorbs too much chakra, leading to Kaguya's revival. Veigar intervenes, battles Kaguya. Under the Shinigami Blade, Kaguya Otsutsuki is slain. The Immortal Karma Seal parasitizes Veigar, but his Phenomenal Evil Power devours the Karma Seal. His left palm opens a violet-purple Nine-Tomoe Rinnegan.
The Fourth Great Ninja War ends.
Post-War Arc:
Landing on the moon, Hamura's descendants are annihilated. Veigar obtains the power of the Tenseigan, becoming unrivaled in the world. He traverses the cosmos, invading the Otsutsuki Clan's homeland, witnessing their power, then annihilates their clan, and returns to the Shinobi World.
End of the entire story.
