Chapter 268 - Mountain Meteorite!?

Mirabella gritted her teeth, her face pale. The sheer force of the mountain, its immense weight compounded by the acceleration of gravity, was terrifying.

Even a Telekinetic Paragon would be powerless against such a mass. Sure, with their reflexes, they could dodge an attack like this, it was too slow to threaten them directly, but dodging wasn't the issue here.

They had a base to protect. If the mountain struck, everything, its structures, people, and the fragile barrier of darkness, would be obliterated.

Time was running out. She had to act.

"Mirabella, you're forgetting," the Mythos priest said quietly from her side, his voice steady despite the looming doom. "You're a demi-god now."

Mirabella glanced once more at the Mythos priest, her expression darkening, her voice growing softer.

"…You're right," she murmured, barely audible.

In the skies above, the descending mountain ignited, transforming into a blazing comet as it hurtled toward the temple.
