Chapter 176: Suspicious Individual Arrives at Jia Nan Academy

Although you haven't officially entered the academy yet, over the past two months, you've already made enemies out of nearly every male student in the Outer Academy. You should know why. The enforcement squad youth turned to Wu Tian with a smile.
Wu Tian nodded, though he thought to himself, Now you're in a hurry? What were you doing before?
Well, to be fair, they were always in a hurry just in a different kind of way. But at least their endurance was decent when it came to flying.
"Thank you, seniors!"
"No need, no need!"
The youth waved dismissively, a little guilty.
With a low growl, the Jia Nan City aerial station came into view.
Stepping out, a cold wind swept through the sparsely populated streets. Only a handful of people braved the freezing gusts.
Wu Tian didn't feel cold, but the deserted city streets gave him an eerie chill. Meanwhile, those two enforcement squad members were probably still feeling all warm and toasty.
He was left out. Too damn unfair.
At that moment, Wu Tian felt something slithering inside his clothes. A small, slippery snake quietly wriggled its way up and nestled against his neck.

The few people on the street all turned to stare at Wu Tian, thinking:
"Is this guy crazy? Who is he calling his wife in the middle of the night?"
"Is he a safety threat to Jia Nan City?"
"We should report him to the enforcement squad and have him arrested!"
And so, they did exactly that.
"Enforcement squad! There's a suspicious person here! He's talking to himself about his wife biting him in the middle of the night!"

If he got caught now, it'd be over for him.
In a flash, he darted into an alleyway.
If they caught him, he wouldn't be Wu Tian anymore. The enforcement squad was strong, but he was even stronger.

Wu Tian finally stopped, feeling helpless. Standing at the ancient academy gates was an entire team of enforcement officers.
"Catch him!"
Wu Tian gave a bitter smile. The Jia Nan Academy enforcement squad was ridiculously efficient. Did they really have nothing better to do than play cat and mouse games in the dead of night?
In a swift motion, he disappeared once again, leaving behind only a single emblem on the ground.
The enforcement squad members blinked, looking at the glowing emblem left behind. Their mouths twitched uncontrollably.
Wasn't this… a Jia Nan Academy student emblem?
This brat was an academy student all along?!
And he ran away instead of just saying so?!
No, wait. He had been toying with them from the start!
"Everyone, return to your posts. If he shows up again, ignore him!"
And so…
